An expensive lesson
I have been waiting 2 months for a refund on a package of contacts. Absolutely ridiculous. At this point, I’m doubtful I’ll ever see the money from this company. 130 dollars is an expensive lesson... will never use them again and would not recommend.

Poor customer services
Poor customer services, unconsistent web services. Awful! Run away as quick as possible

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Orders take way too long to get to destination (20+ days to Canada). When had an issue with shipping after a year of being a loyal customer, was not helped in the slightest and told to basically figure it out myself.

I have never had worse contacts
I have never had worse contacts. They do not stay in my eyes, halfway through the day one or both of them end up falling out. Their customer service is even worse, and they won’t refund you if you don’t receive your package or even if they just charged you with enough time to cancel, so make sure this is a purchase you want to make.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Will not cancel subscription without phone call. You will not get anymore of my money you scum bags!!!

Horrible company complete scam
Horrible company took money out of my bank account when I called them and cancelled all my further transactions. I’m a student and I hardly have any money. They took 128$ out of my account without consenting me. I have no money left. I returned my package too and asked for the return papers I printed out the return papers they sent me put it on the box with tape over the paper. I dropped it off at Canada post it’s been 5 months I still haven’t gotten my money i called them and they said they’re not gonna give my money.

LAMENTABLE
Pedí las lentillas hace DOS meses y aún no me han llegado. No hacen nada más que ponerme excusas. Un servicio LAMENTABLE. Hay muchas otras marcas mejores... Además, después de dos meses esperando me dicen que me reembolsan el dinero pero sin ningún tipo de compensación. Increíble. ¿¿¿Esta empresa es de esta generación??? ¿Dónde está su enfoque al cliente?
