Dishonest
Dishonest. Started my subscription before my time was up and charged me. The first set of contacts they sent me were not good. I tried 3 pair and could not see out of them. I called to cancel and they charged me and said they were sorry but couldn’t do anything. STAY AWAY!!!

You're a thief for how you got money from my account,I didn't buy the lens from you and didn't receive it, return my money to the account, otherwise I'll tell to police, 128 $ return my money

To clarify some ordering information: the upcoming charge schedule is posted in your HUBBLE account, as well as information for how to edit or skip orders in the schedule. The monthly charge is authorized when you place the first order, and can be adjusted at your request, and can be canceled via a simple phone call with our customer service team during our business hours, as stated on our site. You guys charged me multiple times for…
You guys charged me multiple times for something I never subscribed to and no one replied to any of my emails. I want a refund on everything. And cancel whatever it is you’re charging me for. This is terrible.

Our subscription and cancellation information is available on our website prior to placing an order, as well as within the HUBBLE customer portal, and in the Terms of Service that was agreed to at the checkout. I have had a chance to look into your tickets with our team, and it seems that we have responded to your emails. On September 13, we advised you to call in to cancel the account and return the paid box for a refund using the return label we give you. I have been trying to cancel this order for months and they will not take my call and will not cancel my order I am now going through a legal process to stop this payment and delivery

ganz schlimm
mit Abstand die schlimmsten Linsen die ich jemals hatte. Sie sind viel zu weich und es hat ewig gedauert bis ich es endlich geschafft habe sie einzusetzen. Überhaupt kein Tragekomfort man spürt sie beim blinzeln und sie trocknen die Augen stark aus. Aber das schlimmste: man bekommt sie unglaublich schwer wieder ab. Ich werde zum Optiker gehen müssen um sie entfernen zu lassen, da sie so weich sind dass man sie überhaupt nicht greifen kann. Ich hatte schon einige Linsen und hatte mir Probleme, aber die von Hubble sind wirklich alles andere als angenehm!
