Hi Emma, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am sorry to hear about your experience. We try to be as transparent as possible that this is a subscription service by stating it on our web page and providing customers with access to skipping orders on their account page and changing the frequency of deliveries. Since Hubble is a subscription-based program, you will be billed and charged automatically each month on the scheduled date until you call to cancel the account. This was stated in our terms and service that you agreed upon signing up. I have had a chance to look into your interactions with our team and see that you were advised to contact us through phone prior to getting charged but no phone call was made. Your account is still active with the next charge date of May 13. We won’t be able to issue a refund if the outer shipping package has been opened. This was a general business decision made to help protect the safety regulations of our contacts. Rest assure you that our replacement policies are still intact and if there is a problem caused by the business that we would be happy to replace.
