Customer service and quality of lenses are super poor. Prescriptions lenses are totally worth the price.

A bit of a con. I didn't realise that I was signing up to a subscription. The lenses received were the wrong prescription so I couldn't use them and I couldnt return them if you apparently already opened the outer packaging (the postage box not the actual box of lenses). Then when I tried to cancel I was still receiving the lenses and they were still deducting it from my account. In the end I had to request for my bank to stop the payments. Now I have several unopened boxes of the wrong lenses which I can't wear or return. Total waste of money. Never again. I'd give a zero if I could.

I've got to say probably not the best service I've ever had in fact people in the worst they don't listen to anything you say

It's over two years since I tried these. Very difficult to cancel. Have to ring them to do so. Would be so much easier if done online. I cancelled because I don't wear them much. Didn't really want a stock pile of un needed lenses. They were OK lenses BTW. Then one year later they took money out of my bank. I wasn't happy at all. I had to get my bank to block them from taking payments and get my money back. Too hard to contact them. Then 2 month later I get an email saying they couldn't take payment. I mean come on. Sort it out. BTW I didn't receive the lenses they may or may not have sent because I'd moved.

Made my eyes sore , and made it very difficult to cancel and get refund wouldn't recommend.

Excellent customer service and system awful lenses

Keep taking money even after been told not to. Had to cancel my credit card to stop them . Still trying and sending emails absolute joke of a company

I would give zero if I could. Not only you decide to take a payment on a different date than I specifically chose, 2 months early, but I sent it right back and Still haven't received my refund! What a service, truly amazed how this works
