I tried the Hubble daily contacts and found them to be uncomfortable from the start. Taking them out and rising with more contact solution seemed to help, but by early evening my eyes hurt so much that I had to take them out for the day. The contacts Hubble sent have a slightly different BC and DIA than my prescription, even though I submitted the correct numbers. When I called to cancel my trial, the helpful rep (she was very nice) said the daily contacts are only good for 10 hours wear at a time. This isn't printed on the box and searching deeper on Hubble's site, it says they can be worn all waking hours and "all-day comfort". I've worn Acuvue Oasys for 12+ years and can wear them all day without any discomfort, but Hubble contacts only last me half a day before they are too uncomfortable to wear. This isn't practical, especially for long work days. Also, I just bought a year's supply of Acuvue Oasys 2-Week with Hydraclear Plus on sale for $121.88. In the past I have paid more, but Acuvue almost always has rebates available and it's cost me about $170 for a year of contacts. Hubble contacts have a monthly cost of $36 plus $3 shipping for a total of $468 a year. Hubble advertises that the lens packs and packaging is recyclable and this is the case for all contact lenses and blister packs through drop boxes at many eye doctor offices. Two week or monthly contacts generate less plastic from the start, which makes me a little more comfortable.

Buying internal medicines online is ill advised, selling them is basically reckless. No professional advice available, to think they want to supply toric, multifocal and even basic spherical lenses without checking fit and vision should be unlawful. There is no legal recourse should a wearer develop a sight threatening eye infection from a poor fitting or inappropriate lens, even without considering the repercussions on the wearer and those around them of incorrect vision. The responsibility has been placed on the wearer and this is fundamentally irresponsible.

Do NOT buy. Read the fine print. Took $ off my account even after I cancelled, took a month for my refund to get back. Ridiculous prices for disposable contacts. Quality of products are ok but customer service is very POOR

I had only just recieved the trial boxes before I was charged for the first months subscription and hadn't had the chance to try them yet. If I had, I definitely would have canceled before because they are horrible contacts. I've worn contacts most of my adult life and have literally never had an issue with dry eyes, but these contacts make my eyes dry and itchy and I can't wear them longer than an hour or two before it becomes intolerable, my eyes get all red and watery and I start getting a headache. Never expected this problem. And on top of that, they refuse any refunds in the US, even completely unopened boxes and even if their contacts cause you physical harm.

Very bad customer service and unnecessarily charged for the subscription and registered login not working to cancel the subscription. There is kind of indirect trap on subscription. Do not buy these contact lens. In this busy time we might miss to call and cancel subscription and they using it at least charge once. If they are really good they should allow customer to choose the subscription or not, they should not auto subscribe and not even giving 1 month of time to use and try the trial lenses.

Clearly there is a pandemic going on in the world right now, jobs are being laid off everyday and this Coronavirus is spreading like crazy, so receiving a package in the mail is really the last thing i want to do right now. My card was showing a pending order and I contacted them to cancel this and refund it back to my account, even with the order still being pending and not even going through yet, clearly there would be humanity in the world? Not from this company. A “Lovell Olanga” keeps saying there’s absolutely nothing they can do. Working in customer service myself there’s ALWAYS something you can do. Don’t use this company they are not worth the headache.

The most uncomfortable contact lenses I've ever worn also happen to be the most overpriced contact lenses I've ever worn. No option to cancel subscription without calling them up, so I cancelled my direct debit and I got an email EVERY SINGLE DAY trying to get me to renew. Horrible.
