Sent a copy of my whole prescription…
Sent a copy of my whole prescription and they gave me contacts for my eye glass prescription not the eye contacts....you have no way to talk to a person just email conversation to get this fixed...very frustrated

Contacts are hit or miss they either…
Contacts are hit or miss they either are dried out in the package before you can even open them. If you're lucky enough to get a decent pair, they roll around in your eyeballs for the first hour and then you get about 4 hours comfortable wear and then you want to tear your eyeballs out because the contacts suck

The contacts dry out so easily and…
The contacts dry out so easily and leave my eyes itching. I tried to cancel my subscription and was informed I wasn’t able to email to cancel I had to call in. Yet they make it nearly impossible to find a contact number!!

Great Product, Surprisingly poor communication/ CS
My Rx had changed and I emailed Hubble to stop future shipments, they kept coming. I refused 4 boxes in total and was refused a refund. Up until COVID hit, Hubble was always a great company to deal with. Especially since I was laid off, the $160+ could have helped tremendously. But no refund was offered. Too bad.

Product is fine and getting it…
Product is fine and getting it delivered is helpful but I got signed up for a renewal that I didn’t want which included getting contacts sent to an address (and state) I don’t live anymore.

Geld eingezogen aber keine Ware
Abo vor 2 Wochen abgebucht, aber bis heute keine Lieferung erhalten. Es gibt keine Infos zur Lieferung oder Sendungsverfolgung! Auf Emails kommt keine Antwort! Die Telefonnummer zum Kündigen des Abos ist flasch und niemand unter der Nummer zu erreichen! Bei den Linsen sind in letzter Zeit oft Kaputte dabei, die das Auge reizen. Sollte sich in den nächsten Tagen niemand bei mir melden, der Betrag nicht umgehend erstattet werden und das Abo gekündigt werden, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten!

I enjoy the contacts they fit perfectly…
I enjoy the contacts they fit perfectly but I never receive them on time a run out every month. My bank is charged and I receive them three weeks later not happy with this and I mite have to find another place to buy
