I don’t like your product and have tried to stop orders. But you guys keep charging me and shipping out the contacts that I can’t use and don’t want. Please stop charging me money and shipping contacts. Like I said they don’t work for me.

The contacts are convenient, but I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription SEVERAL times and have been unsuccessful everytime. I just want my subscription canceled.

The contacts are low quality, and even if you cancel the “trial,” they will still charge you. Get your contacts anywhere else

Hubble contacts are not worth the headache. Customer service is seagulls and lord trying to cancel is a nightmare. They deny you called and continue billing. My husband has been billed twice after canceling both times. They claim he hasn’t each time and refuse to refund the money! Do not get yourself tangled in their deceptive business practice. I have put in a complaint with the BBB and read a number of other complaints about the same issue.

I signed up for a sample of Hubble lenses. I did not receive the samples and was being billed in full for a product I had yet to try out. It is a terrible system. I recommend saving yourself a headache and skip Hubble. Not worth it.

Lets get this straight - they make it easy to start and register your account but then they make it difficult to cancel. I tried to call up and cancel but couldn't get through in the past, then I forgot to do it and got charged. It's such a shady and outdated business practice to put cancellations this way. You can manage most things about your account online but not this. They never send renewal reminders or invoices to your email. I've been charged twice now and contacts have gone to an old address. FYI - the materials used are super outdated and doctors question the validity of their lense prescriptions - Look at the Business Insider Article to learn more or it's the third result if you type "Hubble contacts"

We do require you to call in to cancel your subscription, or by completing and submitting our cancellation form available immediately on our Terms of Supply. Our cancellation information is available on our website prior to placing an order, as well as within the Hubble customer portal, and in the Terms of Service that was agreed to at the checkout. Our goal is to empower customers to use their portal and take control of their subscriptions. There are many tools in the customer portal including the “skip” feature, and “change next charge date” feature that helps customers manage their shipment deliveries. Rest assure you that your subscription has been canceled.
