These contacts suck!
These contacts suck! Poor quality and terribly uncomfortable. Charged my card without permission and wouldn’t let me return. Do not buy!

I've been working diligently on…
I've been working diligently on canceling my subscription since last September. It involves me waking up half an hour before your hotline opens and patiently waiting on hold, phone on the speaker and attached to the charger, until they disconnect me when they close. At this point I frankly don't believe that you even HAVE staff working that hotline.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, janky website. I wanted to log in and change my address because I'm moving into a new apartment; pretty simple thing. However the password I've been using since I opened this account, the one that's saved in my browser and logs me in with no problem every time, spontaneously quit working. No big deal; stuff happens. So I sent a password reset link to my email and when I click on it it says "Password Reset failed" and now I've just been charged $40 for an order I can't cancel that's being shipped to house in which I no longer live. So I try to call and I'm on hold for over an hour and never get through to anyone. They don't even play hold music while you wait - not that it's a big deal but c'mon. So now I have to go the bank and put a stop payment order on this janky contact subscription company because they have a broken website and (apparently) no one working at their call center.

Die schlechtesten Linsen
Die schlechtesten Linsen, die ich je getragen habe! Durch die fehlende Tönung und dadurch kaum Kontrast nur sehr schwer im Blister zu erkennen. Sie sind dadurch nur schwer zu entnehmen und rollen sich, da sie sehr weich sind und kaum Stabilität haben, fast immer zusammen, bevor man sie einsetzen kann. Sie sind quasi immer spürbar, trocknen das Auge sehr schnell aus und sind, da sie dann auf der Pupille kleben, auch nur schwer wieder zu entnehmen. Ich bereue jeden Cent! Und Achtung: Verstecktes Abo!

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Cancelled my subscription after not getting on with their lenses. A month later they take £27 out of my account. No email, no phone call, nothing. Don't trust them with your money or your eyesight

Cannot see AND they won't cancel
I cannot see out of the contacts and I have tried to cancel twice, but they continue to charge me and send me contacts. I have two unopened packages containing a month's worth of contacts. The first time I canceled was during the first two weeks because I knew after 3 days they were not right for me. EDIT TO ADD*** They will respond that you have to call them and deny you have called in the first place. I HAVE CALLED AND CANCELED VIA THE PHONE FIVE TIMES NOW AND THEY NEGLECT TO SHOW RECORD!
