They sent me the wrong prescriptions
They sent me the wrong prescriptions, and they refused to return money or send right prescription. I spoke to my optometrist and they were able to confirm that this company NEVER SENT A PRESCRIPTION VERIFICATION. I had ordered contacts from different places and if there was ever an error on my prescription they would contact me. This company Never checked with my doctor and sent me 4 boxes of wrong prescription that they won't accept back. Stay away from this company. Simply thieves.

trial box is really $37
With current covid ship delays and such my trial box arrived 12 days after the order and Hubble started my paid monthly subscriptions(4 days after) before I could even try them out properly. They refused to refund me for the $36 subscription charge and refused to accept the issue of delays and covid. this company will not be around in 2 years the way it is run.

Lenses were consistent, customer service however is non existent
Affordable and reliable lenses and have had not a single issue other than canceling subscription...or regaining access to account...or receiving an intelligent response for any resolution to any issue a customer may have...

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I tried to cancel my contact order 5 times and they are still taking money out of my account! Do not do this to yourself!

I have had a chance to look into this, and I do see that you sent our customer service team emails on December 31, January 9, and March 5, to which the team responded with our subscription cancellation information. I do not see a record of you calling our phone line yet. As our policy states, we do require you to call in to cancel your subscription, which is why our phone line is toll-free and does not cost you anything to call. If I could give 0 stars that is what I…DO NOT BUY HUBBLE CONTACTS
If I could give 0 stars that is what I would prefer. I did recieve one box of contacts, they are of poor quality. I was charged for another pair ($39) that I did not authorize, look closely they will sign you up for montly subscrition that is very difficult to cancel! When i complained that I did not recieve second pair I was charged for, Hubble refused to credit my Credit Card. This is a scam company selling subpar contacts and hoping people has such a difficult time canceling, that they can get a monthly fee for as long as possible. Do not fall for this like so many of us have, read the reviews. I have let me CC know and am disputing the charges after going thru their email for weeks.

Contacts are incredibly uncomfortable…
Contacts are incredibly uncomfortable after about 5 hours of wearing them. They make my eyes sting, super dry, and some contacts I had to take out and out new ones in because they gave me blurry vision. Only convenient because it was delivered to my house. Not worth the $40 per month.
