Uncomfortable
Have worn Specsavers contacts for 15 years. Got a Hubble trial pack recently just to know whether anything better exists and found that these are far less comfortable to wear than Specsavers daily lenses. Much drier, felt them on my eye all day and couldn't wait to take them out when I got home. Will not be continuing will trial.

Dried out contacts
I’m not halfway into my pack yet, and I have gotten 2 contacts that are completely dried out when I open them up. They are sealed, but there is no liquid in it. For the price I pay, I’d expect all of my contacts to be wearable. I notified them of the situation about a week ago, and have gotten no response. They must not care too much about customer service.

Unreliability.
I’ve been a Hubble customer since August of 2020. The contacts are ok, the packaging sometimes means I have unusable contacts or warped lenses. But I am extremely frustrated with how unreliable the delivery of the product is. For almost $500 a year ( and for me that is a lot of money) I would like to know I can count on my contacts being here when I need them. Instead they are sent ups and then handed over the usps, where they are lost every month. My money is drafted from my account on time but my contact never are. Yes this is the post offices fault but Hubble as a company should be able to offer a option for delivery other than the post office.

The contacts get dry pretty quickly…
The contacts get dry pretty quickly compared to others. Cancelling is difficult -limited business hours for calling and unless you create an account you can't cancel online. The one nice thing is you pick how often contacts are delivered.

Don't settle for less its your only set of eyes
I love the fact that you have a fresh pair every morning. Down falls are a few though. I have received ripped contacts that go into your eye even though its unseen till you feel it. I find it difficult to see if my contact is right side out when taken out of package. I've been wearing contacts since 1984. Not likely to continue with this brand they are cheaper than other companies and I will reach out and return to them.

I was sent the wrong prescription
I was sent the wrong prescription. I called and was told that it would be taken care of. When the correction shipment arrived, it was the exact same wrong order as the first. Very frustrated.
