I honestly wasn’t happy with the contacts I requested money back and they couldn’t do it.

BAD ALL ROUND STAY AWAY on nemourous ocation I tried to cancel my subscription and was advised it was done . Then received another box and 2 more to follow of course they charged me for them. After viewing a eye specialist they advised me of the poor quality material and it dosent alow sufficient enough oxygen to your eye. They were very painfull to were. So I contact them via email to get a refund for the unwanted contact lenses and it seems you just get pre typed emails replayed to you iver that or the custmour service are all android from the future .you have to explain again again again and get knowere. Finally I was sent a postage adress and posted all 3 boxes that was in perfect condition and advised a refund would be issued when they receive them weeks whent by and all 3 boxes got returned to me. I then contacted them again , same old same old pre typed rubbish I advised they got posted and was returned what is it you want me to do. I then spoke to a manager supposedly and she advised they can not issue a refund until they recive the boxes and their warehouse . I replied and said I've done this once in the middle of a pamdemic and they got returned. Advised to repost them to the same adress package all 3 contact lenses in one box and took pictures posted them and took a pic of the proof of posting. Emailed the manager dealing she advised could I send the pictures over I did weeks ago and I'm getting no reply when emailing her. I hope this company gets shut down I will be contacting the FOS and getting my money back .

I have had no problem with the quality of the product. The problem has been with cancelling future shipments. Twice I had cancelled my subscription only to continue to receive additional- and unwanted shipments and of course I was charged for them and was told they could not be refused/returned despite the shipping package being intact. Several months pass then out of the blue I see a charge of $36 on my VISA card but have not received any more shipments from Hubble. They're telling me that yes, they see that I cancelled my subscription, but when my new VISA card was issued it somehow reactivated my cancelled account. They are refusing to refund the charge. I have now for the THIRD and hopefully final time cancelled my subscription with HUBBLE. Good product, poor business practices.

Contacts are good and reasonably priced. Managing my subscription is difficult and the website is not responsive. I will not recommend to anyone to join this service.

If you sign for the two week trial you will go through a full contract, they will send you a second box for a month and set a direct debit. Be careful.

I order contacts twice and never received my order. This company steals your money and don’t provide you a way to receive your money back..

Thought I would try these out as I regularly wear contacts, I ordered over a month ago, I was emailed to let me know they had been shipped about 3 weeks ago, the tracking number in the email didn’t actually work so I couldn’t track and they still have not arrived a month after ordering. Not impressed I will stick to my daysoft lenses they are much cheaper and arrive quickly
