Contacts dry out very fast.

The contacts I received HURT my eyes, I tried to cancel and was told I couldn’t unless I called into customer services, who attempted to convince me to stay on after explaining I’d tried to cancel previously through a written request. Ridiculous.

Some of the most uncomfortable contacts I've worn in my life .. and I've worn cheap circle cosplay lenses for full days at a time. They're sitting in a drawer for emergencies only.

Contacts dry out within 30 minutes, also insanely over priced! And they make it such a hassle to cancel your subscription

Their customer support is not helping me at all currently

They sent me my trial extremely late and within a few days of having the trial (which btw is absolutely trash quality dont waste your money there is a reason eye doctor's dont reccomend) they then charged my card not even halfway through my trial. Customer service doesn't care whatsoever and literally must get this concern constantly because they were incredibly versed with my exact situation as I was saying it. Please do not be fooled by great pricing. It is definitely a scam.

I keep getting charged for a contact subscription I canceled over 6 months ago. The contacts are horrible. They do not fit properly. Very dry and uncomfortable to wear for more than 2 minutes. They are not the correct size and prescription. I ordered once and cancelled once I discovered they were horrible. however even though I cancelled I have been getting emails monthly stating that my card was declined. And just so happened two months in a row they charged my card $40 for nothing because I have not even received shipment since my first order.
