Constant Charges
Constant Charges Hi there, I keep getting charged even though I enjoy your product. I have more than enough as I do not use them every single day, and I am a struggling student that does not appreciate the constant charges when I have previously called and stated I did not want to renew my subscription.

Les lentilles sont très biens et de bonne qualité mais la livraison parfois ne suis pas et je me retrouve régulièrement quelques jours sans lentilles c'est dommage...

I've had a good experience overall with…
I've had a good experience overall with Hubble. I like how easy it is to receive them monthly. I've had several contact packets come that were dried out and had to be thrown away and a few times the new contact felt scratched or slightly torn.

I can’t seem to connect to my account
I can’t seem to connect to my account; there’s an error. I’d like to hold my subscription because I’m seeing my optometrist to change my prescription. Please advise.

The price is awesome but I have to…
The price is awesome but I have to throw away about 1/3 of my subscription every time bc they irritate my eye

I like the contacts
I like the contacts, they work well, but they seem to start to dry out around 6 hrs of wear. It would be nice if the moisture lasted longer

All lenses are brand specific and doesn't fully work for everyone, if you continue to experience dryness and would already bother your eyes, we would suggest to contact your eye doctor so they can recommend what would be best for you.
