We totally understand the feedback but we are still very grateful that you consider your experience with us great and that thank you for taking the time to leave this review. It's very understandable that you find it inconvenient to call us when pausing a subscription, however skipping is an option you can definitely do on your own, it's another feature aside from changing the frequency.
