There was an issue that was solved by an excellent customer care specialist. HTCPedia seems to be a small company that believes in personal service - the phone was answered initially by a person, and I was transferred to a person, which rarely happens any more! I certainly wouldn't hesitate to order from them again...

Very fast shipment and the quality is excellent. It stays on securely but is easy to get off if I have to take out the battery for some reason. Would definately recommend.

I bought the Droid Incredible back when it came out and I couldn't find any accessories for it since it was so new. But I did an internet search and fortunately found HTCpedia where I bought all the accessories I needed. The site is also great for new info on HTC devices.
