Seems that if you have a problem with HTCPedia the only way to get any assistance is to post a negative comment on trustpilot. My first email request for help went unanswered. My first trustpilot comment received imeadiate response but 5 days later I have received no resolution response. More than extremely upset with this service. Ken Anderson

Ordered overnight shipping, got it second day. Sent e-mail to customer service; it's been more than a week, and no one has contacted me.

The products I ordered arrived promptly and were as expected. But the courier company (FedEx) sent an invoice for extra charges that were not disclosed at the time of delivery. These charges were for their services in getting the order through customs. So non-US customers be aware that the advertised price and delivery costs may only be the beginning.

Rob, We apologize for any inconvenience with the extra charges from FedEx. We try to inform all of our non-USA customers that there may be some custom & duties charges (varies by country) since the products are coming from USA location. Here is where we disclose this information for the international customers on our site: http://shop.htcpedia.com/international-orders-shipping.html After a number of similar complaints we have introduced USPS as a shipping courier to our shipping offering since they do not have any extra surcharges when delivering a package from USA to any foreign country. We are also in process of opening up a warehouse in Canada (in the next 30 days) in order to deliver goods to Canadian customers right from our Canadian warehouse. THE PRODUCTS ARRIVED OK. NEVERTHELESS, AS SOON AS I PLACED THE ORDER, I UNDERSTOOD THAT THE STORE WAS IN THE US AND I WOULD HAVE PROBLEMS SINCE I STAY IN EUROPE, THUS I HAVE SENT IMMEDIATELY 2 E-MAILS, ONE OF THEM ASKING IF POSSIBLE FOR A EUROPEAN A/C CABLE. NO RESPONSE ! IT WOULD BE OK TO RECEIVE AN ANSWER THAT WHAT I REQUESTED WAS NOT POSSIBLE. BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !

Company great. Time to wait for part , OK. Sending 2 USB jacks with no A/C or D/C plugs on a battery charger, not suggesting it does NOT come with one or an option is very bad. The company will look over this rating before it will be allowed to be printed. I will be suprised if it makes it to the page.

BUT.. what I can say is.. i ordered a HTC Desire HD on the 15th of October and the description claimed the item would be "shipped on or before 10/25/10". On the 23rd of October I got a email and the description now said "shipped on or before 10/28/10". Then again on the 26th the sent another email and the description now claimed it would ship on or before 11/05/10. Then AGAIN on the 3rd of November another email saying 11/10/10.. and NOW the description on there shop DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A DATE. If I had known from the start I wouldn't get my device for a month after I paid for it I would have bought it from another shop. But now other shops don't have stock so they would take just as long. :(:(:( I WANT MY PHONE LOL.

The case I received for my incredible with the extra large battery was junk. All they did was used a regular case like the one they are giving away for free and cut the back out with a knife

I bought the case for the HTC Incredible for the extended battery. Yeah.... it was a case alright but for a regular HTC Incredible's normal battery. They just cut the back out with a razor and then charge your $24.99 for it! Then, if you try to give a bad review on the product page they erase it to make it look like it's an AWESOME product. Seems very very shady to me. Avoid.
