Received the product in a timely manner and as promised.

WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THE "BEST" YOU CAN FORGET THE REST !!!!!

I bough a battery and a rubber case for my HTC incredible, and three days later it was at my door. No hassle, no BS. Love it.

Great. Variety. Of items and always fast. Shipping and great customer service

The selection and prices at htcpedia.com cannot be beat. Every item I've bought has arrived very quickly and in great condition. Sometimes it is difficult to buy online since you can't see or touch the products. The pictures and descriptions on htcpedia.com do their products justice and I have not been disappointed

I was impressed at how quickly my items arrived and appreciated the follow up emails about the products. I also liked how they were up front about how to return an item. I had a great experience with them.

I had mixed feelings about rating four stars instead of five. I would have rated five stars if I received my order a bit faster, but then again, I got my product through regular USPS shipping, which was less expensive. So maybe it's a wash. I've had to return an item once, and there were no hassles whatsoever! I LOVED the fact that I was notified when an "extended battery" version of a case was available for my phone, and I got this notice based on the fact that I purchased an extended battery. That's good marketing. Plus, HTC Pedia didn't send me a bunch of ads for stuff I don't want. That's respectful.

Fast shipping and wide selection of products!
