Ordered a dash cam from HSN thinking it was a great price. While waiting for it a friend told me it wasn't a great price so I decided not to keep it. I opened the outside box that held the return label without even opening the dash cam box inside and sealed it up and took it to my UPS store to return. That was ONLY 4 days after receiving it! I never received a credit so called HSN the rep said it WAS received and sent back to the factory, will receive credit in 7-10 days. Didn't so called again...was told the exact same thing by the 2nd rep. He said if I didn't receive the credit by August 9th to call. Called on the 10th and was told by 3rd rep NO was never received anything, what is the tracking #? I didn't have one so she wouldn't help me! Called AGAIN and the 4th rep said they did NOT receive it and gave me the tracking number! The local UPS store won't help, UPS won't help and HSN who I've spent hundreds of dollars with this summer won't help! Don't even use them ever! They do not stand by their customers! They used to many years ago...not now!

Purchased item was defective, returned within few days. Got hit with late fees.While case was in dispute hit with another late fee. Months passed with no resolution. Do yourself a favor, rip up their credit card and not to deal with them again. Save yourself a lot of aggravation which is what I did.

Wanted to do Christmas in July picked out my stuff then could not check out was told that my card was on file then called 5 times was talked over told wrong information thanks for ruining it for me I gave up

Westinghouse 55' 4k Smart TV. Please do not buy any Westinghouse products from HSN or any retailer for that matter. They have a factory warranty that doesn't cover anything. My tv after only 3 months started blacking out I called customer services multiple times only to have them reset the tv and within days it started doing it again. They said I would have to ship my tv at my own expense to California and they were not responsible if it was damaged on the way. I live in Ohio so I definitely cannot afford to do that.Only to get a refurbished tv if my tv was found to be defective. So now I am watching my tv die a slow death and I'm out of 643. Please beware I wish I had done more research on Westinghouse products before purchasing this tv. DO YOUR RESEARCH READ THE REVIEWS and please dont waste your money on ANY Westinghouse products.

I recently ordered an item from HSN online. To begin with, the following day HSN "accidentally" charged a second order using my debit card. My bank notified me about this because they suspected fraudulent activity. The bank representative told me that HSN often makes mistakes like this. Secondly, the item I did order was sent to the wrong address. When I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do about the item being sent to the wrong address and asked if I wanted to reorder the item. As if I would take the risk? Customer service blamed me for their mistake and said this happened because I had "placed the order online." The customer service representative was rude and continued to interrupt me mid-sentence. I will never order from HSN again. Shoppers beware!

The worst shopping experience of my life, no exaggeration!! The representatives who take your order are polite and professional but if you need to talk to anyone in any other department concerning your order, forget about it. Incompetent, condescending, awful. Talk to 10 different people to fix a problem. It's fixed, it's not fixed, then it's fixed again. A few days later,not fixed, fixed, not fixed, NOT FIXED!! How does this company stay in business?! I will never order or buy from them ever again. I strongly advise that people go to ANY of the other online or order companies out there to purchase their products. Word of advice , STAY AWAY!!!

I was on HSN website in the wee hours of the morning on May 1, 2017. In my cart I had a deep fryer price showing 119.98 flex pays 39.99. I wanted to look at the video on the item and get a 15% off coupon code for item. When I returned to my cart the price changed to 179.99. I called customer service and what a waste of breath that was! They told me the price was changed on the 27th which was a lie because on the 30th it was $119.98 on my iPad. They are definitely not customer friendly and I will never spend a penny with this company and have already advised my friends and family NOT TO DO BUSINESS with this rip off of a company. If I would have known they would have made me feel like a liar I would have taken a screenshot of my cart😡.

Why oh why don't I listen to my inner voice? I vowed I would never order another plant from online shopping. Last year I purchased a citronella plant from my local greenhouse. Idk if they work at repelling bugs, but it smelled nice. When I went back for more, they were sold out. When HSN presented it online, I decided to buy them early. Over $20 for 2 seedling plants (read the fine print) in ONE pot. I received it and there are 2 little plants in a 4 inch pot, nothing like the picture AND when I visited my greenhouse yesterday, they had 2 plants for $20 and the plants were huge in comparison. Buyer beware. Lesson learned the hard way Don't buy plants online!!!
