now I know y I don't buy from then! I ordered a Cricut makers over the phone they said they had over 200 in stock. I received everything I order with the maker but not the maker I call yesterday 2 ask what was going on and y I didn't receive my product. they said I had 2 wait till the 1st and they would open up a claim bc the product wasn't in stock anymore and the lady was rude as hell on the phone. today I go on to see if it shipped out yet. they canceled my order with out me knowing. so I called and the lady was helpful I them talked 2 a supervisor how said I didn't get mine by my husband used the 1st time 15% off and they couldn't sell it for that much of a discount. so they canceled my order after they took my money and said it could be 7 days 2 get a refund. really I placed this order over the phone the lady on the phone gave me the discount so u take my money and cancel my order bc I got a good deal ad hold my money nope

I purchased a phone for my husband and checked him out as a guest. When it came, I liked the phone so I thought I would purchase one on my own. When I tried to purchase the phone it refused and asked me to call customer service. When I did I was told that I had to have my husbands permission to buy a phone on this credit card that was attached to this guest account. I have not heard of this stupidity since the early 60's. I will never and I would advise no one else to ever purchase anything from this company. This is ridiculous and an insult to myself and any other spouse who tries to shop at this organization

I can honestly say in the 20+ years I have been shopping online this is my first really negative experience. While watching the absolutely breathless presentation for a blendtec blender I was encourage to try the product because after all you can always return the item if you dont like it. What they fail to tell you is Blendtec does not participate in the easy return process at HSN leaving you to ship it back via the post office at a whopping $35.00 charge. Who would ever take the chance of ordering something and getting stuck with a return fee that high. Since I am a HSN customer I feel it is there responsibility to inform customers of this process up front. CS seems to think they have no responsibility because Blendtec chooses not to participate in the easy return process available. What garbage they know if they would tell you this upfront you would not order the produc. HSN would obviously rather risk losing customers to make a sale. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!!

I lived in a nursing home ordering things for family, and because I’m old HSN and the nursing home took Advantage of that I’m paying for things I never ordered and never received, when this is over I will never order anything from them. This is so sad, I bought a tablet for my niece that is my only family and I never received it and they told me it was delivered and the person that signed for it don’t even Exist, I will never from them again and I hope you won’t either. I called my bank and them and they was so rude. I had to put this review out because how many others are hurt by this. Don’t order from HSN or QVC or any other on the phone or online. Thank you, I’m writing this because I know my aunt never received her stuff and is still being billed. It’s so funny you have to have a e-mail address but you didn’t have to have one to take advantage of people

I really wanted to buy a phone from them with the price and minutes at a great price, I signed up for the email which was supposed to give me 15% off. Nope... Customer service said to wait 48 hrs. Started getting sales email but no 15% code....Customer service said all they can do is give lip service and not really do anything, So false advertising and all the other bad reviews makes me think the pencil necks in finance are just doing as told....lose the smart people and only cater to the idiots with $50,000 credit card debt who can't stop buying stuff

published review 9/29/18 Do not buy a phone from them. I love HSN and purchase regulary. I bought a Samsung s8 plus for $804. I Paid my last payment on 9/21/18. I broke the phone on 9/28/18. I did not expect anything from HSN until I went to register the phone and could not. I contacted samsung to have it registered and repaired only to be told the phone is international and cannot be registered or repaired in the United States there is no way possible for them to even get parts. I was not told this when I purchased the phone. I want my money back and HSN feel it is not their problem.

I find their items a lot of more expensive than the “regular“ stores. I guess it’s good for people that don’t have all the money upfront and want to take a vantage of their “payment plan“.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years but now will never buy from them again. I get a letter last night from them stating they do no want my business any longer because I returned two orders, two pair of DG jeans and three pairs of fit flops, neither order had been worn as they did not fit well. Did they really expect me to keep something that I could not wear? Isn't that what they say everyday all day long, you can return within 30 days if you do not like. They say they have to throw away all the products as damaged. Right? What stores do that, don't they just restock the item? I guess it's not so as if I purchase anything else this year and return, I will have my HSN credit card revoked. Oh well, HSN don't worry I won't purchase your crappy stuff ever again. Too many brick and mortar and on-line stores with better prices and better customer service.
