HSN, Inc.Reviews of hsn.com

Called to find out why the products I buy are posted all over the home page? A crabby person answered, we have no control over that I mentioned I didn't have that issue with there competitors all she kept saying we have no control over that.Guess you cant buy any gifts threw HSN or they will be all over your home page. HSN customer service maybe you should hire some one that actually likes to deal with other people!

I had been shopping with HSN for years and am one of the few people who is still allowed to write a check for my purchase. I have never missed a payment and mail my check immediately after a purchase. I have always been a fan of Slinky brand and have bought items from them regularly. Paid by check. As with other network shopping shows quality in many products has diminished significantly, Slinky has been pretty consistent. I ordered multi two packs on pants and while on the phone with the operator I stated I would be using a check and was told no problem. I asked the young man if my pants would in fact be held for me until my check arrived with the ten day limit. I mailed the check the next day.Today I received a call stating that one set was not longer available...REALLY? I called and was told they may be available by the end of the month but maybe not at all. This practice is the same as the other network show...they send the items to other people paying by credit card and do not hold them for me even though I was told they were mine and they do not participate in that dishonest practice. NOT TRUE. It is false advertising and very unfair to paying customers. The reason I have been allowed to pay by check is because they always get my payment. This is not OK. In reading the other reviews it would appear HSN is not interested in being a reputable company.

Went to the store in bardmore in Clearwater Florida the service is by far the worse and attitudes of employees are horrible I went 2 times to purchase earrings not cheap ones and the girl rudely said yes you must wait she had an elderly employee just looking I walked out 2 nd time in a month not going back there. My money is green everywhere

I just got off the phone with a manager regarding my order, He was the nastiest human-being I have ever encounter, regarding a return. He knows nothing. When a customer has to wait 4 hrs. for a return label there is something wrong with this picture. I have spent $100's of thousands of $ with this company, he was rude and nasty!!!!! NO MORE!! WILL PAY MY BAL. OF remaining items and that's it!!!! I am done.

I went to order a TV from HSN on easy pay, which I thought was for everyone. They denied my order but debited my bank account $355 for the tv- even though they had IMMEDIATELY denied the order as soon as I placed it. I didn't think to check my account and instead went to QVC to order the TV , then later I realized that HSN had taken out the money for the TV they had canceled ! That was a Friday and this is Wednesday morning and I am just seeing the money returned in my account now. That is a shady way to do business. It put me in a huge Bond being without $355 that I had no idea was going to be taken out of my account, and the people at HSN said it was on my bank and not them. However, had they not taken out the money in the first place for an order they would not let me place, this would have not been an issue. I will never shop with them again.

I've been a customer for many years I bought the 911 get help now I used it didn't work I only had it for 2 months and I called the company and they blew me off and sent me to the main company which is just a loopef backing the products is not what they do if you don't return something within 30 days you're on your own the only good thing about this companies that give you payment, people go to Amazon or directly to a company this company doesn't care about customer service or quality of item at all I will cancel my account and never shop there again and hope when they need emergency that it doesn't come for them either see how they feel

I wish I knew about this site before I made my purchase. I brought the Selphy printer never opened the package for several months and I was missing half of the power cord and the manual. Contacted HSN and they first said it was passed the time to refund or replace the power cord. They finally agreed to refund me the price of the power cord SO I COULD ORDER A POWER CORD. I not only paid for a printer but I also had to pay even more money for the power cord and shipping. Needless to say I will never purchase from them ever again. HSN has very poor customer service.

I purchased 18 ring camaras from HSN. First of all they put me thru the ringer to place my order. Because of the large order same was cancelled (I wish I would’ve known better). I placed it again and received my shipment. Throughout the entire day while these ring camaras aired HSN spoke so highly about these camaras and their battery life. Over and over again they advertised that batteries (Since these were wireless) had a 6 month life span. NONE of my camaras work. The life of these batteries is 2 days at the most. Within 2 days the battery is drained and the camara is dead. Don’t trust what they advertise. I’m going to be 7k into these camaras by the time I finish buying solar panels for each and everyone of them. These were also gifts to my mom and sisters. I highly guard their well-being and security. HSN does not stand behind what they sell. Spoke to a Sherry today. She’s supposedly a CS supervisor. At end of conversation she said there was nothing she could do for me and suggested I get a confirmation number next time I call ring. DO NOT buy from HSN. They false advertise
