DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered clothing as my first HSN order around $500.00 worth. I kept one item and returned the rest. I explained to the return representative that I was going through a divorce and unsure when I‘d use the credit. I was assured it would be there. I went to use the credit today and was informed that it expired! After 90 days!!! I called HSN serveral times to see if there was any possible alternative. I was transferred around several times, each time on hold for 20 mins or longer. I was connected to sales who wanted to put me on the air.....I was so tempted but paiently waited again for customer service who hung up on me!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!! BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND STILL KEEP YOUR FUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my high school Senior 2020 an Apple Macbook Air while the show was running Sun 3/29 (plenty in stock), received a call on Tues 3/31 to confirm my order, to only receive an email today Sat 4/4 that my order had been cancelled due to their processing error and no more items were in stock. They offered nothing to compensate for their error only a measly I'm sorry. So not only has my daughter had her ENTIRE SENIOR YEAR cancelled due to COVID19, but now she has had her graduation gift cancelled due to HSN's incompetence of handling my order; terrible customer service.

I recently had the worst CS experience with HSN. I ordered an Origami desk. It arrived damaged. I did an on-line exchange. The second one was damaged. I was having so much trouble getting them back into the box that I was in tears. I called CS and learned that their is no pick up included on their shipping label. I was stunned. I am 67. I have a flight of stairs and I do not drive. I was told by CS to find a way to return the damaged items or pay for them. I was beyond tears. If I were a lesser person, I sure wish I was, I would have taken a hammer to those desks and just sent them a piece that I was able to manage. But, I didn't do that. I paid a co. $152.00 to pick them up in the wretched boxes and get them to the post office. What a bitter experience. I was so mad that I boxed up everything, every craft item that I had bought from HSN on my last spree, and sent them back. The post office picked them up and now I am done with them. My little fit cost me a lot of money. Shame on me for falling for their on TV sales sharks that convey, with urgency, to buy now. Ethics are out the window, but I made the choice so shame on me and shame on them.

This is the first and last time I’ll order from HSN! I cannot afford what I ordered bc of what’s happening with the corona virus and they are making me pay for shipping to return this product!! Some company! I work in the front line! I’m a healthcare worker!

I hate your website why did you mess with it.

Only reason I am giving 1 star is so I can leave a review! Do not use flex pay with them! They will pull your payment before they even know if flex pay is available to you! It will take a lot of time and effort on your part to get the money back not to mention time from your bank! Customer service is the worst! They will get rude if you question their explanation and continue to give you the run around. I have never had anyone take money before they approved you for something! They work backwards and it’s kind of stupid! They just do not have it together at all, customer service never seems to have a clue and you will get a different reason or explanation each time and never get it fixed! I will have to go to my bank and let them get it done! Will never use them again! Useless

I ordered a smokeless grill it was delivered to wrong address which was a vacant house hsn said I still have to pay for it I believe it was a computer error very disrespectful never again QVC from now on shameful!!!!!!!!!!!/÷%^^*%&^
