We purchased a Hoover steam complete pet steamer. OMG it's the worst steamer ever. I'm reviewing here cuz I couldn't find anywhere to review this horrible steamer we are difently returning this horrible product.

Contrary to the poor reviews, I had a great experience. This was about a live (dormant) rose I purchased through them. The plant graft was quite small which is a big handicap for survival. But worse it arrived with blackening stems. Roses do this when they shut dow parts of the plants. What leaf buds it had never grew out. For $30. It was an expensive low quality deal. I called HSN, call was answered right away, I explained the situation with the above explanation, and without hesitation she posted a reorder, and an excellent quality rose arrived a week later. Great service.

The Online Process was so simple, user friendly and fast. The Product I choose was a first time purchase for me and ETA was for January 12, 2024. Surprise, it arrived on January 9, 2024. Which was A Welcomed arrival. The Product was just as advertised I used it today as directed and I am extremely grateful I made this purchase. HSN is a name I have come to trust because of their Integrity Consistency and Great Value for Top Brand Products. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 97%=GREAT As an online shopper I prefer USPS Delivery. This Product was Delivered by UPS which is sometimes an issue for me because they Delivery to my Neighborhood so late in the day but finally arrived at 6pm.

I've been an HSN customer for around 6 years, maybe a little longer. HSN has one of the best return policies out of any business I have ever shopped with. If you have the HSN credit card you can put a lot of items on up to 6 flexpays. I purchase mostly clothing, cookware and home improvement items. My experience with their customer service representatives have always been positive. Their jewelry is ok, but now that Michael Valitutti is on the network I will be buying more jewelry from them. I have an entire jewelry box of his pieces.

I’ve been an HSN customer for 30 years and love it! I’d recently been blocked from using the site/ app and it took multiple phone calls but finally landed at HSN collections. A wonderful woman named Jennifer took the time .. and it did take time… to fully investigate which turned out to be a mistake! I can’t thank you enough Jennifer! You are wonderful!
