Hice el pedido el martes y todavía estoy esperando a que me llegue el pedido...ahora supuestamente según hablas por correo parece que es algo normal que tarde tanto...están flipando en colores...cuando normalmente de un día para otro llegaba el pedido...como mucho dos días... Ya no voy a pedir más en HSN eso lo tengo claro

I never received my order from HSN-Hetdenl. I ordered the suitcase for a surprise birthday party. I paid for it and never received it. They gave me a tracking number and the tracking number says it was delivered. I sent three emails and never received a response. I’m out $44 and very disappointed.

I ordered 4 oversized dog beds for humans and spent $69 from rpseieau. When I tried to find a tracking #, I was taken to a fake HSN site. After 15+ email exchanges with some vague shipping info and their sincerest apologies, I received 1 pair of cheap, plastic sunglasses. They admitted their "shippers mistakenly took" my items! Still no refund. Now they want me to pay to ship the sunglasses back and they "might" process a refund. Sunglasses are wln9t even worth a regular stamp. Told them I was reporting them to BBB, AG, & law enforcement and asked me not to do so. They also emailed me from rpseieau.com & watebed.com

Was told I ordered from a fraudulent HSN website. They didn’t care to know they were being used for fraud, from who or where… I’m just out $90 for someone fraudulently representing their name. Was basically told it was “Not their problem” Reported to bank and bbb

I bought sheets. They showed up. They smelled awful. The smell couldn't be washed out. Customer service agreed to waive the standard return fee. Disappointing, but fine. Then I went to the product page to review to save other people the hassle. Turns out HSN doesn't let people who use "guest checkout" review products. Translation: all the reviews on the HSN website come from a small subset of customers, most of whom who regularly patronize HSN. A choice deliberately made by HSN. Skewed much? Pretty sleazy experience from start to finish: skewed reviews, disgusting product, standard return fee. HSN should be ashamed of itself. Decades ago it was a company with pride.

CHEAPLY MADE CLOTHING. 90% OF CLOTHING IS NOT OFFERED IN PETITES.

Oh my goodness easy returns not true. I was a customer for 35 years. I returned products because of inaccurate information. No warning nothing. Wow the quality has gone down hill:(
