Great product and very efficient service !

The return policy is very vague. The details of how to return something requires an extensive search on their website as the company did not return my email asking how an item could be returned. When I found the policy, the requirements were numerous. I followed them all and then received a return check which had a large deduction because it was a "medical device". The item was a neoprene thumb splint which was too small and which I had never used.

I'm very pleased not only with their products but also with the prompt delivery time! Yes I am a repeat customer 🤗
