Shipping was slow. Took over a week to receive. You asked mulitple times for reviews and surveys well before product was received? The good news was that exactly the right product was received. One box was crushed and likely had been opened but all good. This was the first time I've purchased from HPMS.

Took too long to ship. Nd receive. Price was good

Disappointed on time it is taking for delivery of product. Wishes I had known before so I could get a different source

I ordered a back brace from your company that was recommended by my doctor for after back surgery. I was already in the hospital when I was notified that the order was cancelled due to not having the item but the email never came to me and so I wasn’t able to order the replacement brace of same value and subsequently didn’t have my back brace when I needed it most. I, in turn, had to scramble to find one to borrow from a family member while trying to recover in the hospital after my first surgery while awaiting my second surgery as my surgery was a two part surgery. It was very inconvenient & stressful.

I received the wrong silicone bunion gel, but HPMS said that they would send the correct tailor's bunion shield.

All ok except shipping which was a disaster. Can not recommend because of that.

Free shipping was great, customer service was prompt and complete, but return process was cumbersome and expensive.
