Great quality and delivery was faster than expected

If I could give this company less than one star I certainly would. I don't know who the hell they think they are. But I have found them to be probably the most incompetent company that I have ever dealt with. They won't return an email. They won't return a phone call. The only time you will hear from them is when you have placed an order online. They thank you by email after your order, of course after you've given them your credit card. All I wanted to do was exchange the back brace for a different size. This was too much for them to process. I've never witnessed such incompetence or indifference. I've had enough. I will simply mail the brace back to them and process a charge back on my credit card. I would recommend people go any where else but to them. Don't put yourself through the aggravation.

I ordered the hip cold pack & it adjusts to fit just right. Two gel packs are big enough to cover my hip completely. With two extra packs when your hip finally thaws out.
