No problems with the product or the price (both were spot on). But a little perplexed with the delivery. We live approximately 12 miles from HPMS, but out order traveled a total of 260 miles (from HPMS to CT, then back to NH) adding at least 1 day to the total shipping time. It just seems that there could be a more efficient (quicker) delivery method.

The return policy stated on the website is apparently not the actual policy .Purchased a back brace which the doctor would not let me us..,and yes opened the package to see if it fit,,no return because package open? I guess they quit responding to e-mail when I said it was open,website says open the package on a back brace is OK to return.
