HPMS Inc. dba The Therapy ConnectionReviews of hpms.com

The product I wanted was shipped and arrived as expected. The newer version of the product, Lacer II, is so much more comfortable for my bed partner than the earlier version.

Thanks for a fair price and complete careful fulfillment of my order.

I was happy to find a medical supply company that carried what I needed without charging a ridiculous amount. Shipping was free, and because I'm in-state, I had it in hand with in a few days.

Online shopping was simple. Delivery was quicker than expected.

Easy to order and pick up.

The agent I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She answered my questions well. Then delivery was efficient, surprised me to see it was delivered to my office the next day.

Product as advertised / timely delivery

Shipping was slow. Took over a week to receive. You asked mulitple times for reviews and surveys well before product was received? The good news was that exactly the right product was received. One box was crushed and likely had been opened but all good. This was the first time I've purchased from HPMS.
