Howard Custom Transfers, Inc.Reviews of howardct.com

I came to find out about Howard via a friend. He highly recommended you guy. My first order was amazing and I'm about to place my second order and a lady name Maria has been so help and patience with. I love it. this will be my place to shop for DTFs.

Top notch quality on their screen printed transfers and the customer service is next level. I highly recommend Howard Custom Transfers for anyone looking into this industry.

I've been really impressed with this company! Their customer service is outstanding—they went above and beyond to catch a mistake on my first order that could have been both embarrassing and expensive. No one else would have taken that kind of care, and I’m so grateful for their diligence. While I did notice some debris in the glue on the first set of transfers, which was a little disappointing, I understand that can happen occasionally. I'm happy to say that my second order was absolutely perfect. Overall, I’m very pleased and will definitely continue working with them.

Excellent customer service and quick communication! The transfers looked wonderful! Would definitely use them again.

My questions were answered quickly and the transfers were ready when I needed them.

My first experience with Howard Custom was fantastic. I was looking for a better price point on transfers than my previous supplier could offer--Howard provided that price point option along with excellent customer service and zero compromise on the quality of the transfers. Their customer service team was super friendly and made it easy to enter my first order. The owner of the company, Jeff, also personally followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. The transfers themselves arrived much faster than I expected and they look fantastic. I'm looking forward to continuing to do business with Howard Custom.

Communications with the company were prompt and thorough. Products were printed and delivered as promised. Even had a follow up call from the owner of the company after my first order thanking me for the business and making sure the ordering process was top notch. I love the wide range of colors they offer as stock colors. Will definitely be using them for future transfer needs

Transfers were great. The quality was awesome and I transferred them easy onto spandex based fabric. The people that communicated with me cared a lot and were super helpful and kind. Will ONLY be using Howard Custom Transfers for my future needs! Thank you!
