I NEVER write reviews. I don’t have the time and I rarely come across a company that is worthy of a good one. So I feel compelled to write this one because my experience with Howard Custom Transfers was simply outstanding. I am new to the t-shirt business, but I have owned and operated a marketing and design company for over 20 years and I will tell you that I can count on one hand the amount of companies that I have found provide exceptional customer service. I consider Howard Custom Transfers in that group. This was only my second time ordering from them and I had an avalanche of issues occur. None of which were their fault. One was communication related on my end, one was a shipping delay by the carrier due to weather…regardless… I had a deadline for an important charity project that I was not going to make had It not been for the extraordinary efforts made by Ryan. He stepped up and made sure my order arrived just in the knick of time. He didn’t even have to take responsibility for the issues that occurred. Most companies wouldn’t have. Prior to this job, I had been vetting different transfer vendors in hopes I would find one that I would be able to develop a long standing relationship with as I grow my business. I had found another vendor that had cheaper pricing and offered certain other features that fit my needs better than Howard but they weren’t very customer oriented. Given my recent experience I will stick with the company that puts their customers first. Because it’s times like this when you want to know that you can count on the vendor you’re using!

Very pleased with the graphics I received the staff was very helpful with my custom order. Its very refreshing to receive a call from the boss to make sure you enjoy your products.
