Jason Shirk was my initial contact. He was great, carefully listening to the plan I had selected and changes I needed. He followed up regularly to see if my needs had changed. Once I placed my order with Jason, Kim Blankston supplied my plan with desired changes a day later. The whole process was fast and smooth.

Ordering the plans was fairly simple and quick. I wasn’t sure what type of plan I needed, so I ordered an ‘non-construction’. The single set arrived within a week. Unfortunately, that was not what I needed-my fault. I call the customer service number….which I should have done the first time. I reached Jason Shirk, and he immediately solved my issue. He sent me a personal welcome email so that I could contact him anytime for questions. He was familiar with the plans and was genuinely interested in the permit process I was experiencing in my state. It was like he had all the rules at his fingertips, and his advice for making sure I purchased the correct product was spot on. The set of plans arrived within a few days. I received regular shipping updates, and the plans arrived in mint condition.
