These are not downloadable plans. There is a wait time they mail you something

We didn't get the foundation we ordered. We have a very slow response to get our modified plans. Very disappointing

One company marketed the house plan Houseplan.com A second company sent the contract Zonda. A third company I had to pay for modifications Lifestyle. A fourth company sent me the modification contract WTR, and the plan number did not match on the documents each company has its own plan number. Then I was contacted and told I own more money for materials list after my email quote stated it was included. I paid in full and still waiting for modified plans so far have not received any product from any of the 4 companies involved.

Over drawn, more info than necessary. very hard to retrieve and send to subcontractors from cloud to hug zip file. never had some much trouble with a set of blue prints, its a small 1 story simple house shouldn't be this complicated. my contractor of 40 years in biz never seen such an over done set of plans. disappointed .

I placed an order for a pdf file. It stated it would be delivered in. 1 to 2 days. I called and never got a call back. I waited 5 days and called again and left a messsge. I got a call back from Brooks Ballard. I explained that I didn’t get the file. He said he sent me an email asking for more info. I had no record of receiving it snd said at this point since the file wasn’t sent I wanted to cancel the order. He then became very, very rude I asked who I needed to speak to cancel the order and he said I have no idea, you need yo figure it out and ultimately hung up on me. Very very poor customer service

I purchased a floor plan last Wednesday and haven’t received anything so I requested a cancellation and refund, still no answer!

Coupon code CTBWOW did not work so no 15% off We purchased the plans so we could look at them today (PDF) after purchase order in progress 1-2 business days on a holiday weekend so closer to 5-6 days

Read the fine print. The "square footage" is not the actual square footage. We were looking for a house under 2500 square feet and found one that was listed as 2300 sqft. Turns out it is 4475 sqft. after all the extras. Our budget was $300k and after we paid for our plans we found out the actual square footage and the cost analysis was over $500k because the actual square footage is double what was shown on the site. So now we are out over $2k on plans we can't use
