I give it only 1 star because the plans are from 2005 and I saw this only after I purchase them. I wouldn't buy them if I knew this. I wanted to give them back and get a refund because now I have to pay extra for having them updated from 20 years ago. But I can't do this because is not refundable.

told the plans would be in 2-3 business days it's been a week and I still do not have them...apparently my adviser is on medical leave...I have the builder chewing on my butt looking for these plans holding up teams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those plans don't work for me . Nothing for roofing trusses, or foundation

It's been two months since I paid for my prints and still haven't received anything. I got a call two weeks after payment and now nothing and I don't have a contact number to call anyone but I get house plan ideas sent to my phone every week wanting to know if I would like to buy one .

Everything went wrong. Call me.

I called and asked for the designers address/contact information and for a better release showing rights. VERY poor communication, still have not heard back. UPDATE: I heard back from them immediately AFTER (next day) my review here was posted.

I just ordered the $4.99 cost to build report. I used the given coupon code. It was thr first time, my order fit the advertisement prerequisite. At checkout, It tried to bill me $24.98. If they are going to steal $ from me on the very first transaction, I am not sticking around to see what shady stuff is around the corner.

I've waited a long time to buy plans because they cost a lot of money. I thought spending good money on plans that they would be very detailed. There's 4 pages total. The last 2 pages are just barely readable hand drawings of the first 2 pages. I have gotten probable 5 other house plans, most for free and they are way more detailed than this. The other plans I haver are at least 30 pages long (NOT 2 PAGES). I can't believe I wasted my money on this. There's not even detailed wall framing. Hopefully I can get my money back with a refund.
