I found the plans and ordered them they arrived the next day.

The sight was easy to navigate. Lots of great floor plans and for the most part you could narrow it down to the options you are looking for.

PDF came very quickly, which was nice. Blueprints are so very expensive! One printed set would have been nice, for the price paid.

Working with house plans online was very easy and self-explained I bought the plans that I wanted easily and I received them within a few hours in my email I wish that I was able to ask a few more questions regarding how to open the plans since not all computers or tablets have that capability but I guess that's something I'm going to have to figure out otherwise houseplans was easy to work with and I love the model that I purchased. I do want to say that when I did talk to customer service they were genuinely honest they gave me everything I wanted and the transaction was very simple

Great selection. I wish at this price the add on's where not add on's. Right hand reverse costs money? I have been in this industry for years, and that is a simple comand in blue beam. Other than that, am happy.

The only thing I would change is to make sure you send out the plans before you send out the survey. We got them in the opposite order.
