I purchased one of these plan
I purchased one of these plan. But they told me that they couldn't support blueprints. Because they couldn't meet the California building requirements. I hope they can finish this order.

We're sorry that you were disappointed. I see that we cancelled your order with your agreement - as we informed you before you purchased, some areas necessitate additional engineering or other requirements, which stock plans can't provide. Pre-drawn blueprints still represent significant savings in most cases. All the best with your future build, and please let us know if you need anything.

Be careful buying plans from this…
Be careful buying plans from this company. After spending $1400 for my plans, I discovered the drawings contained no interior wall plans! None. I plan to build the home myself, I am not a carpenter but I have experience. Now I have to design the interior walls, including most importantly, the two gable walls which are about 23 ft high. No specs were given on the beams to be used for flooring and roof; instead, the plans call for a local structural engineer to design. I called the company and was told that is due to varying criteria based on locale. So, if you want to spend this amount of Non-Refundable money, then be prepared for no interior drawings and that all engineered beams and joists need to be locally reviewed.

Hi Todd, we hear you and are sorry that you're disappointed. Pre-drawn plans do often require local engineering and/or review, simply because there's so much variation from place to place. Even given that, it's usually still a better deal to get a stock plan and then have it modified (whether through our service or locally).

Did not received the Plans that were advertised.
I have not received the Plans that were advertised and Paid for. After Four calls the company admitted it was their fault for the misrepresentation, Promises were made to correct the discrepancies but they have not been corrected at this time. So disappointment.

liked the floor plans but full set is incomplete and lacking essential details
liked the floor plans on this website. actual pdf of plans is poor quality, details are not readable. No inside elevations of cabinets and bathrooms. no 3d views for outside and inside are available with most of the plans.

We looked into your order and you were advised before purchasing that interior elevations are not available for this plan, and you decided to go ahead with buying the plan. We also took a look at the PDF and are not seeing issues with readability (especially when printed to scale). The design of the house was very nice
The design of the house was very nice. The plans themselves are vague and caused me a bunch of grief because the township wanted to see more specifics which led to asking for revisions (that take forever) and delayed the project. My brother bought house plans from another site and they were way nicer than the plans I bought.
