It took several weeks to get my water bottle. When it did finally come it had a small crack toward the bottom causing the bottle to leak. I took a video of it and sent it to Dr Murray/the company. Within days I received a replacement water bottle! So impressed with the customer service! I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and have not really noticed any difference in terms of my health, yet. It is a beautiful water bottle.

It was worth the waiting time to get here. I do feel like I have less inflammation after using it. I wish I didn’t have to take the cap all the way off to drink from it. If there was a way to be able to drink with the cap on without leaking any water, it would be perfect.

The copper got a little smashed in during transit, but it's still usable. Still need to wash it with the lemon salt before using it so I haven't used it yet. Takes a long time to receive it.

I had good response when sent a question on shipping time. The pan and lid I ordered arrived well packages. The pan and lid are beautiful and I was amazed it was truly naturally non stick. Cleaned up easy. Only con was it did not come with any instructions so had to look on the internet to learn how to clean it. Also would have thought they would have sent the certification of its copper.

I am using copper thermos to avoid plastic consumption. I dont really like having to screw off top each time..Hopefully benefits will outlay that minor issue.

I am editing my review but it only covers the customer service. I am still very disappointed in the quality of these bottles but after many emails and Facebook complaints they reached out and offered me 100% refund. I am hopeful that I can enjoy the bottle and benefits, but annoyed at how quickly the tarnish appears which prevents me from continual use. Hopefully the other one star reviewers will receive equally great customer service support. 2/9/26 Ordered family pack (buy 2 get one free) in late November, did not arrive until January. Upon opening it looked beautiful, shiny. After rinsing before first use and using the bottle I noticed tarnishing after two hours. Emailed the company and they state it's natural, just rinse out after every use and dry. This seems unreasonable if you want to use continually. The tarnishing seems to get worse after every use. So disappointed In the process of trying to get a partial refund I wish I could attach a picture
