I’m extremely dissatisfied with this brand. I placed an order about two months ago and have still not received the product. At this point, I’m honestly questioning whether this company even exists or if this is simply a scam. I also requested a refund but received no response whatsoever. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

It's been 4 weeks and still no product or information on when it will arrive. Tried teaching out it says use your OTP number to track. There is no OTP NUMBER.

I ordered 2 sets of the family pack. That's 6 water bottles, 6 drinking glasses, and 6 tongue scrapers. I ordered these on Sep 28, 2025, received them Nov 28, 2025. They were Christmas presents. I opened one bottle and it was very well packaged individually so I wrapped up the rest for gifting. We didn't get a chance to open our gifts until Dec 28th. Upon opening the bottles, two bottle tops were pealing (had a very thin layer of copper that was cracked and peeling off). I contacted the Company and sent pictures, showing the peeling lids, and they told me that there was nothing they could do as it as more than 7 days after they were shipped. The entire website says 30 days money back guarantee. I guess they don't understand the difference. I sent them a second email asking them to please just send me two lids as these bottles were very expensive and they ghosted me.

I placed an order at the end Sept 2025, it's now Jan 8th 2026 and I have received nothing. I actually suddenly got a second order confirmation email in October sometime, and I never placed another order. Checked my bank account and luckily no more money had been withdrawn from my account. Found out about the website scam-detector.com and checked the website out and it got a low trust score. Wish I would have known about this website beforehand. I actually fell for several different scams in the span of just a few weeks that were ads on Facebook or Instagram. Now I check every new product website I go to with this website first to find out if it's legit or a scam website. Such a bummer that this was a scam.

Ordered in July 2025 It’s 7 months no reply It’s a pure scam company Terrible 😢 And they claim copper is real it’s not even real it’s fake They are a scam drop shipping company from china or something

Placed order on 12/3/25 it’s now 12/31 and still have not received items. No updates nothing. tracking shows items are in Queens. Starting to look like a scam outfit.

Ordered Dec 7th and it is now Dec 29th and still have not received. It was a Christmas Present!!!!! I would say find another company to spend your money with.

I ordered 11/30, no updated tracking since 12/9. Still waiting for product and or tracking update on 12/29. I finally received my order on 1/2/26. It is beautiful but as someone else said, there are no care or use instructions. Just the water bottle.
