I've only been using my copper bottle for a week and what I can for sure say is I'm drinking more water first thing in the morning which is always a positive. My hands don't feel as stiff which is one reason I ordered the bottle. I really appreciate the great customer service as one of my bottles arrived damaged and I received a replacement quickly.

First they look great , I bought a few items and they are really fine looking . Water taste better so you want to hydrate . I think it will take a while to have any effects .
