This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Ordered several copper water bottles on one order. Received email they were delayed in production. Finally got an email they shipped but they never arrived. The tracking number they sent in the email was invalid and they never replied to any emails or contact requests. I finally just disputed the charge on my credit card. Do NOT order from them!!! After posting this review, they reached out and asked for my email. I provided that and my order number. They replied to my review that they tried to call me (they didn’t AND they don’t have my number), and that they emailed me about the delay which again they did not. No emails and no product. Buyer BEWARE!!!! I did not get any missed calls on 8/20 ( or ever) and my phone is set up with voicemail and I never got any voicemails from you all so that’s another lie, I also had been checking both my inbox and junk email for a reply which I have never received, why have you still not sent the items or a valid tracking number, or responded directly to my email that I again provided you in your requested reply to this review????

Hi, we’re sorry for the frustration and understand why you’re upset. We did attempt to call on August 20, but the call did not allow us to leave a voicemail. Because the review did not include a name, we first needed the email address linked to the order to identify the account. Once we received the email address you provided, we confirmed that our team had already contacted that same email on August 20 and again on August 23 regarding the delay. The order was subsequently canceled after a payment dispute was opened, which is why the items were not delivered. We have contacted you previously at the email address you provided and will reach out there again so we can address your concerns directly.
