My bottle arrived in a plain cardboard box that clearly states the bottle is made of stainless steel and made in China. The packaging and product I received were not presented the same way as shown in the advertisement. I purchased this bottle believing it was a pure copper bottle, but the manufacturer’s packaging identifies it as stainless steel. I feel the product was misleadingly advertised and does not match what I believed I was purchasing.

What Order, i gave you $150 what is equal to 5% of a person yearly pay August 7th purchased & September 21st it still in transit, going around & round. You have 14 more days & I file with BBB & FTC handles online Im just going leave my reviews of my experience.

Thank you House of Ayurveda for finally taking responsibility, apologising and giving a full refund. I have received no email from you to the other address! I do not know what to suggest. As I have stated in my numerous emails, the 2nd order was never delivered to me so can you please arrange a refund for the item. I have emailed you an alternate email. Although I can see no reason why your responses would not be getting through to the email I used in the order as the order confirmation and order updates all came through with no issue. Anyway I look forward to finally receiving a response from you. Appalling customer service. I have reached out 4 times to inform House of Ayurveda that one of the items I ordered never arrived. I have never once had a response from them and with nothing else it seems I can do other than leave this poor review of them!

I ordered a copper water bottle and two copper cups and they charged my card immediately and I was promised the items by September 12th 2026, I have yet to receive them. I email and they say they are checking into it and my items should arrive soon. 20th September 2026 and still no items.

NO products received. UPS tracking says no information payment not received from company for the goods. Awaiting response from company but fearing the worst - a scam.

NEWEST UPDATE: After much back and forth, it was determined that the company was not receiving my emails for some reason on their end. I was finally contacted by phone and a rep very kindly agreed to send out a replacement order for my damaged one. I have now received the copper bottle and two cups in good order, and they are indeed beautiful, and I look forward to finally using them and trying the daily method. It took some doing, but perhaps all is well that ends well. To update my prior review, the company's response to delivering destroyed items has been to do the worst possible thing -- they come on here in public and act all concerned, promising to resolve the fact that my delivery arrived completely destroyed in the flimsiest of packaging, but then they do nothing at all. I have sent them pictures three times as they requested of the expensive items that were crushed in shipping, and they have yet to even acknowledge receiving my emails. (I'd post the photos here if I could.) So far, silence from them, no refund, no replacement of the damaged goods. Just empty promises about customer service and satisfaction. I repeat, I would not do business with this irreputable company. PS. I DID RESPOND TO YOUR EMAIL, USING A DIRECT "REPLY." This is another example of you using this public forum to claim you're doing things when you're NOT. i'VE NOW SENT YOU THE PICTURES YOU'VE REQUESTED THREE DIFFERENT TIMES!!!

I bought the product to find out on delivery, it can't be used with kidney issues. Having just had a transplant it is dangerous for me. It should warn people before delivery not after!

Took a week just to let me know why it was taking so long for my order to be processed after I had already canceled my order. Gives me confidence in my decision.
