House Jet is not reliable lead source does not back up the quality of leads. Requested a refund after a year with not even getting in touch with a lead. And was denied. This is the worst lead generation system ever. BUYER BEWARE.

Realtors Beware
Business Name: MoneyTree Lending / HouseJet
Type of Business: Lead Generation / Marketing Services
Complaint Type: Failure to Deliver Services · Deceptive Practices · Retaliation
Complaint Description
I am filing this complaint to report deceptive, unethical, and retaliatory business practices by MoneyTree Lending / HouseJet.
I paid this company upfront for lead generation services based on specific representations made during the sales process. I was promised legitimate, exclusive, high-quality leads appropriate for my business. What I received instead were worthless, non-responsive, recycled, or invalid leads that did not match what was sold.
After discovering the leads were unusable, I contacted the company in good faith to request a refund. Rather than addressing the failure to deliver the promised service, the company refused to take responsibility and denied my refund request using fine-print excuses.
After I raised concerns and filed a complaint, the company escalated the situation by retaliating against me. They refused to allow me access to the program I already paid for unless I agreed to sign a new contract and pay additional money. This demand was made only after I complained and appears to be punitive in nature.
Withholding access to a paid service unless additional money is paid—especially after a complaint has been filed—constitutes retaliation and coercive business behavior.
This business model appears to rely on:
Upfront payments
Aggressive sales tactics
Overpromising results
Delivering substandard or unusable leads
Denying refunds regardless of performance
Retaliating against customers who complain by restricting access and demanding additional payment
After researching the company further, I found numerous complaints describing nearly identical experiences. This indicates a pattern of conduct, not an isolated incident.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Our goal is always to provide agents with a clear path to ROI, and we take every concern seriously.
For clarity, your account did generate 41 leads during the term, with multiple appointments set by our ISA team and conversations with prospects documented. While we did experience periods where you were inactive, we kept your campaign available and offered to restart marketing efforts whenever you were ready.
Regarding the refund, our conditional policy requires consistent activity and full lead follow-up across the 12-month period. At the time of your request, there were still unworked leads in your account, which meant the conditions for the refund were not met.
We remain committed to supporting agents who actively engage with the platform, and we’d be happy to revisit your account should you choose to continue building momentum.

This company does NOT do what they…
This company does NOT do what they promise. I have been waiting months for “guaranteed refund” if no deals completed in 12 months. I have gone most of the 12 months with out receiving ANY leads! The few leads received were of the lowest quality. I have been a broker for over 10 years. This is the worst leads company to deal with so far and there are many…. Planning to file against them.

During the time your account was active, multiple leads were successfully generated through your exclusive marketing campaign. Leads are provided only after consumers fully engage with the marketing we host for the account, and all opportunities were delivered directly to you in real time. Our team also provided guidance on the proper process for reviewing refund eligibility based on the agreement. The campaign performed as intended, and we appreciate the time you spent in the program.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. This company told me that they would provide referrals. I specifically asked if they would be referrals or leads and they said referrals. What they are charging a large upfront fee and a percentage if the sakes is leads not referrals.
Response from HouseJetMay 12, 2026
The partnership is designed to host and manage a marketing campaign to generate real estate opportunities, supported by AI and ISA follow-up to help engage and set appointments directly with leads. During the time the account was active, the campaign did generate opportunities, however the platform was only utilized for a short period of time, and meaningful results typically require more time and consistent engagement with the system. We understand she chose not to continue the partnership, and we wish her the best moving forward.

If you get a call from HouseJet - RUN
If you get a call from HouseJet about buying into their "lead" program - RUN! I could have spent my $3500 on Facebook ads myself if I had thought that was a wise place to waste it... These are total junk leads.

Bogus leads
They promised good leads every week, and amazing support for $2000. And if I closed a lead my $2000. Investment would be returned to me. What can I lose? Right? The housejet sells person also promised if I did not close a lead with in 12 months I would be refunded my $2000. In June I receive 7 leads, July 17, August 3, September 4. Then nothing. My account was deactivated. I had to call and email to reactivate it. The support person said I would start receiving leads again. But, No leads came though. This happened 4 more times. It was a hassle and time consuming to reactive. I grew very frustration because every time they said I would start receiving leads, but I did not. How am I suppose work on leads when I do not get any? The leads stopped after 4 months. I did not receive any leads (zero) for the next 8 months.
Of the 31 leads I did receive they only had a name, phone number and email. I didnt know the aeea of where they werw looking, time frame, or type of property. 11 leads had bogus information and/or phone number. On of the leads I was sent had this name Thomas. Mm no Zizzo gx F Ed t g. Hy gyg m b. Obviously a bad lead that was still sent to me. Some leads had already bought or already had an agent. The three leads who actually answered told me to stop bothering them and hung up on me. The other 15 leads never responded to me or the support team's 10 to 16 attempts. I can not close a deal with a bogus lead or when leads will not respond to my texts, emails or answer my call. After the first month I realized I fell for a great sells pitch and Housejet was not what they promised. I emailed on 4 separate occasions throughout the next 12 months expressing my dissatisfaction with all the time I was wasting on trying to contact the bogus leads. I asked to discontinue and be refunded my $2000. Every time they emailed back saying I had to finish out 12 months. (But still no leads came in after the 4th month.)
At the end of my 12 months I requested my $2000 be refunded. I filled out all the paperwork they required and 6 weeks later they said I didn't qualify for a refund. (Hard to close a transaction when the leads are bogus. And when Housejet dose not send the leads they promised.)
Agents, do not fall for the amazing housejet sells pitch. Spend you time and resources on a leads program that is lagit.
Update Aug. 6, 2025
Housejet tried to get my review removed. As you can see it is still here.
My response to housejet response to my review. The reason my account was not active is because housejet stop sending leads then they would de-active my account. Even when I called to reactivate my account housejet still did not send leads. My experiences in not unique. All of rhe 1 star reviewers had similar experiences. I have been lisenced for over 18 years and a Top Producer.
Also, the 5 start reviews are all from agents just starting the program. I could not find one signle review that talks about actually closing a deal. Don't be fooled by the 5 stars. Read them and you will see for yourself.

We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, even though we’re sorry to hear it wasn’t what you hoped for. We understand how frustrating it can feel when results don’t align with expectations, and your feedback gives us the opportunity to improve.
To clarify for transparency, our records indicate that your account was inactive for an extended period (abandoned on 2/27/25) and the required activity for the referral guarantee wasn’t completed, such as consistent follow-up or use of the full tools available. Of the 31 leads provided, our system shows an average of one call per lead logged, which falls short of our recommended outreach cadence (10–16+ touches per lead, including call, text, email, and automation).
That said, we take all concerns seriously. We’re continuously working to refine lead quality, improve support, and make it easier for agents to succeed with our system. We’re sorry to have missed the mark in your experience and wish you the best in your real estate journey.
If you’d like to revisit any part of your experience or speak directly with a team member, we’re happy to connect.

High Pressure and angry man-child texts.
I was talking to a supervisor and I think we worked out a deal for $2497 and 20%. I was giving my billing address and said I was at my appointment and asked if we could talk later. We got disconnected. (maybe when I turned my car off) I figured we would talk later. I received a text saying that the 'deal' could only be held for an hour. I said that pressure tactic was a deal breaker for me. The text I received after that accused me of "not being an adult" and "we are no longer considering you"

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We strive to maintain professionalism and clarity in all of our conversations.
It looks like there may have been a miscommunication during the timing of our follow-up, and for that, we apologize. While we do run limited offers at times, we never intend to pressure anyone into a decision. We value respectful communication on both sides and always aim to treat prospective partners with courtesy and fairness.
If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to revisit the conversation and clarify any misunderstandings. Our goal is to build strong, successful partnerships, never to leave someone feeling dismissed.

Don't waste your time/money.
I signed up 11/2024, did my on boarding 12/24. I have received 45 leads, below the 8-10 per month I was told. Much below that number when you equate that over 2/3 of the leads have had false contact info phone #/Email. I re-read their contact. If you don't do 8 touches before giving up on the lead they can deny your refund. The CSR says that's not how it works, but if you read the letter of the contract it doesn't exclude bad leads. You can't touch leads with fake contact information, so they can just deny the refund, which I am sure they will. The person who did my onboarding and made all the claims of amazingness no longer works for them. I haven't been able to get re-connected with a SINGLE one of the 45 leads they have provided. CSR just give you what are clearly pre-scripted answers. Their replies is basically to blame your inability to do sales and cultivate leads. They are just another Lead Service that thinks they are the best thing since sliced bread, but they aren't even the mold growing on the bread. Don't bother with them.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. This clearly hasn’t met your expectations, or ours.
Our goal is always to provide real value to agents, and that starts with transparency and support. While we do strive to deliver 8–12 leads per month, the total volume can vary depending on your market and timing. We understand how disappointing it can be when leads don’t meet your standards, and we take lead quality seriously. That’s why we ask for 8 follow-up attempts per lead, including alternative outreach methods, to give every opportunity for conversion before we consider a refund or replacement.
It’s also clear we could have done a better job listening and supporting you during your call with our team. We never want any of our members to feel unheard. We’ll be reviewing this case internally to ensure your concerns are handled properly and with more care moving forward.
