Additionally, while not every lead will be ready to transact immediately, our training and follow-up systems are designed to help agents convert interest into appointments and eventual closings. Many of our partners see success by fully implementing these processes. We take feedback like this seriously, though we do want to provide clarity for accuracy. Since signing up in June 2024, your account generated 33 leads and one appointment was set. However, our system records show long periods of inactivity (including from October 28, 2024 through March 5, 2025), and the account was marked abandoned as of April 11, 2025. Training modules in HouseJet University were not completed, and several leads remain unworked in the system. It’s important to note that refunds are based on fulfilling all steps outlined in our program terms, which include consistent activity and engagement. An offer for an extended 60-day HouseJet+ feature package was also made but not accepted. While not every lead will be ready to move forward immediately, all are real prospects generated through active marketing campaigns. Success often depends on ongoing follow-up and use of the tools provided. Our team is always here to support you directly should you wish to re-engage.
