I used the HouseJet website to search for my own condo's value, as I was interested in a second opinion on what the tax assessor had mailed me, and what I found elsewhere. The HouseJet interface was intuitive and easy to use, and provided a good explanation of their automated valuation model process. The frequently asked questions went further than the model explanation, with some good high-level information about market trends and suggested approaches to increase home value, which was a helpful start.

I accidentally enrolled in the program and once I realized it the next day I asked for a refund. They didn’t even hesitate and refunded my money back in 3 days.

I was hesitant to sign up for the program, but once I did, I was impressed by the University training they offer. The trainer and House Jet CEO, Mike Oddo, take us step by step through the program, making it easy to follow. They also have a House Jet app, which is very helpful.
