I didn't quite meet the requirements for the 12month refund but Housejet worked with me and I am satisfied with the outcome

Better than expected
I have tried things that seemed promising about paying money up front for support in getting leads in the past, and they have never developed to be what I hoped. At this time, as I am retired from my previous occupation, doing only real estate, I am not necessarily trying to do a ton of business, however, I liked the initial approach to having me review an online presentation about being able to get leads, get money back after first close, etc.
I decided to take the call appointment, and so far I like the completeness of the solution with education, tools, and the support system that appears to be part of the package. Of course until I see leads, it is still a gamble, but I do have confidence. I liked the ease with which the creation of the web page and initial marketing content was done. I did post one of the park bench ads on my Facebook page, and did get likes the same day from about 15+ people that are part of my network. Which is where I primarily have been working this last couple of years.
I have pretty much decided to make this year a real estate focused year and then maybe retire more next year
