As a previous review stated house yet is a joke and they are nasty people I told them I canceled the phone call to schedule the phone call and I did not want to be contacted I was sent a text from him saying well it looks like you need all the help you can get you haven't done very much your last closing was way back and he's put all these extra yyyys way

WASTE of money
WASTE of money. The leads rarely have real contact info. I've never dialed so many numbers, so many times, and never had anyone answer. It's been over 2 months now- I just subscribed to waste my time and money. The notes left from the "call center" are Fake, ex. 'called, no answer' on numbers that are disconnected. I called one of my leads and reached another agent that just joined and did not enter her info on a home site. The 5 star reviews you see are from when you first sign up and have reference to how it works.

Such an incredible scam they are running.
I am a broker and attorney so it’s hard for me to admit I was scammed so royally with by company. Every single lead I received was awful. Some leads were from Mexico. None translated into actual business. Furthermore, their training and education is truly not helpful. The company says that you can get your money refunded if you do not successfully translate a lead but first me they will find any reason not to refund you. Please trust me when I say save your money and do not engage in business with this company. Please learn from my mistake. Scam, scam, scam.

Terrible! High pressure to sign up. I reached out a couple hours later after having time to look into their company further. I asked to cancel and they offered a fraction of a refund. It was literally the same day and they woud not let me cancel.
I've had 3 "leads" in two weeks that were not even reachable. They only care about an very large upfront fee. They do not care about your business. There are no "live transfer" leads. Seems to be only "clickbait" ads on Facebook. Very disappointing

House Jet is a big scam right from the start. They promised you maximum amount of leads and always under deliver. And then when you get to the end and you want your $2500 from there return policy they make up some BS reason why you can't get it. Do not sign up with this company ever I warned you.

I paid them $5000 for marketing and leads. Every lead that I received from them was absolute junk. They're supposed to have their team calling on my behalf as well and setting up appointments on my behalf, calling their team inept would be a compliment.

House jet over promises and under delivers... SCAM
I have been in the industry since 2003, and have done a great deal of business with lead gen companies in the past. Since covid, the quality of leads has fallen tremendously, I believe, due to the overseas constant barrage of calls hitting everyone.
I signed with housejet due to a conversation that the leads are scrubbed, each buyer has to answer a number of questions to qualify being assigned to an agent. 10 leads in, I was positive this was said to get me to sign up, and 50 leads into it, it was no longer an opinion, its a fact. Housejet lied about the qualification process. When I approached housejet regarding the quality of leads and that they had not been scrubbed, housejet responded they never said they qualify. 6 months later, a housejet salesman called me to sell me housejet. I found this ridiculous, as they upcharge to use their CRM, and they don't know who is already using their system? I spoke with the salesman as I was interested, and asked again on the lead scrub. He told me the exact same thing they told me to get me signed up, they go through a thorough process on qualifying the leads. When I told him I have been with housejet for over 6 months and the leads I'm getting are nowhere close to what he was promising, the tone completely changed.
Addressing any of the issues was a waste of time. They already have your money, no need to try and make right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MARKETING DOLLARS WITH HOUSEJET.
