These are the biggest liars and they kept saying if I don't close a deal within the year I would get my $2500 back and nothing was spelled out as far as small print and had dozens of calls to explain not one lead was legitamite and they constantly lied and kept saying call each lead a min of 8 times and all but one out of around only 70 plus leads in a year and all but one is who I talked to. They took my $2500 and acted like I would get it back when I hit my date then took them over a week to all but say no you did not qualify for my refund. If there is a class action I would like to join it and share my calls, emails and conversations with the attorney's, state, AGs office, Better Biz and any and all agencies who might be able to shut them down. They also go through the revolving door of employees. They are sick and crooked! STAY AWAY!

I would like to warn other agents considering this service that you will be told they will be setting appointments for you and targeting the specific area you would like to work in. This is NOT what is delivered. After a year, I only had 3 appointments set and none could qualify for a mortgage or speak english well and were certainly not in the targeted area where I work. HUGE waste of money. These are just your typical junk facebook leads that never answer the phone or respond to you and you will NOT receive the preset appointments promised! They will tell you you can cancel and get your money back if you don't get any business, but when you read the fine print, it requires a minimum of 8 calls per lead documented in their system and other hoops you have to jump through, so you will never get your money back. Buyer Beware!

Easily the biggest waste of money I’ve made in my real estate career. I received around 30 leads over the course of the program and only ONE ever responded as an actual person despite constant calls, texts, and follow-up attempts. Even their own concierge team was unable to get in contact with the leads. The expectations and requirements tied to receiving a refund were not clearly stated upfront and were written in very vague terms that were later used against me when I attempted to request a refund. Despite escalating the matter multiple times through customer support and BBB, I was ultimately denied any monetary refund. I would never use this service again and would strongly caution other agents before signing up. Please do yourself a favor and research this company VERY carefully before spending your money. There are much better ways to invest your marketing budget!

I got House Jet as a referral service which yield did not one sale for one full year. The referrals I got were either no-shows, not interested and bogus. I would not recommend it at all for anyone in Real Estate.

Don't fall for this scam! All they do is run facebook ads, then their "bots" text the number provided. If you watch the lead report you will see multiple texts from a bot, but no responses. If you call the number its a fake number or someone who was "doom scrolling" at 2am and doesn't even recall putting in their info. You can set up a FB page and run your own ads for a lot less money and get the same results. Then - just try to get them to honor their "money back guarantee" - Absolute BS. Finally they offered to extend my service another year. In the two weeks since they "reactivated" my account, they haven't even bothered to send me a fake lead, let alone a real one. Total SCAM.

Leads are fraudulent. Only 1 person out of 30 knew that they signed up for anything. 20 out of 30 accused me of fraud saying I stole there info. 9 out of 30 were just bad numbers. They stopped sending leads and marked my account abandoned but kept the money. Your response proves my point. I'm not a Real Estate agent, didn't sign up for your service as a Real Estate agent, I can't legally act as a Real Estate agent. 12 months and you couldn't correctly provision my account or setup automations for a non-Real Estate agent.

Do not pay for HouseJet lead generation!!! They have so many clauses in their contract that they find a way to keep your money. Wasted a year on this program. The training videos by CEO Mike Oddo are awful. He constantly says...uh, uh, uh...all throughout. Very annoying, Especially, coming from a professional public speaker. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Never use HOUSE JET they are complete scammers and lie about their services ! I was excited to start with them but got kicked out of system ! They tell you one thing do another they never officially have you sign a contract ! My wish for Everyone is do your homework I am sorry I did not JUNK COMPANY
