Do NOT give these people money. 4 months in I have had maybe 12 "so called leads" and ALL of them are unresponsive. Their onboarding pushed me back several times as well then just dropped me altogether. I also researched many of the good review agents and almost all of them haven't had one sale in the past 12 months. So, that tells me that the good reviews are fake OR those agents are new and don't know what good leads are. 22 years in the biz and this is tied with the worst lead generation services I have tried. Take a que from my experience and do NOT give them money. Odds are you won't see the return on investment based in my experience. My advice is that you are better spending that money on advertising to your spere of influence especially past clients.

House Jet / Market Maker Pay per closing is an absolute scam. Nearly 10 year Realtor here. Promised 8-12 leads per week, and when 0-1 would come in per week, they would always ask for fresh pictures that would better fit my Denver market. They don't understand how to run ads, the very small amount of data I received from them were all wrong numbers. RUN very fast when they call phishing for your business. Also, notice all these 5 star reviews are just getting started and no information on lead quality, etc. They are all, most likely, employees or friends and family of the compay

I signed up for this program because they claim to follow up with all leads until an appointment is set. After getting set up, they tell you that it is the agents job to follow up and they are just a support. Then they block you from receiving the next lead until you comment on the previous lead that you have attempted to contact them. They lock you in with promises, then refuse to refund your money when those promises are proven false. In addition, their "robust" CRM they tout is extremely limited and basic. Their "better than others" website is generic and lacking in features. And their support people are less than helpful, talking over me with their "talking points" that didn't address my concerns and hung up on me when I pushed back. Do not trust this company or service. I am an accomplished real estate broker that was hoping for a program to help my agents, but this one turned into a nightmare.

Been with Housejet for almost 3 months now, received so far 9 leads - way below than 8-12 leads I was promised to receive a month. Out of 9 only 2 had good numbers who are looking to rent and no desire to buy. Spoke to customer service and was told will pass to marketing to investigate. I asked to cancel and refund the $1997 they charged me. And was told I have to wait 12 months to request refund (if I not able to close any lead, or if they're still around)!!. It's been 4 days now and Marketing has not called back. Will call again tomorrow. Ugh, Sucks!

Terrible leads. Almost all bad numbers or not interested in buying/selling. Waste of time and money. They encourage new realtors to submit positive reviews before anything starts in order to pad their online reviews!

I should have known. I was just desperate to get started in a new market and the salesman was slick. It didn't take long to receive the first "lead," bad number. The next lead took another 17 days to arrive. Another bad number. I think all in all, I received 4-6 leads that had good numbers, and only two that answered their phones. One was not able to get qualified, and the other seemed to be a lonely person who was using this service to have someone to talk to. I did not receive a single lead for 6 months from February to August. I'm sure they'll say it's my fault somehow, but I did nothing to suddenly receive a lead, so I'm not sure how I made that happen... I went to talk to customer service today, and I'd had my account disabled and been kicked out of the Facebook group. I finally found a support email, but they will not open a ticket because my account wasn't found. Going to be calling tomorrow (as it's after hours now) to see if that phone number is even working. All in all DO NOT spend your money with MoneyTree, PayPerClosing, HouseJet, or whatever else they're calling it now. They lie about what they're actually offering (warm leads that are cultivated by their AI and put on your calendar), happily take your payment, and then (from what I've seen and what I was told prior to signing up) say it's your fault when you're not closing any of their "verified leads." What a joke.

Horrendous customer service. Poor and fake "leads." They don't understand how to create ads that produce real, viable information. They continued to ask me for more pictures when their ads produced nothing. They promise the moon, and will just take your money and won't deliver and viable candidates. Currently, battling with credit card company and them to get $ back. From a 10 year Realtor, do not be tempted by their sales tactics - RUN. SCAM company.

Time of call 2:01 pm 10/17/2023. If I could give them less than one star I would. When I told the appointment setter that I had questions, his tone changed to one of impatience. I told him I understood that he needed to get through his script, but because he had frustrated me, I was not interested in talking to anyone else. I said "Bye" and he responded with "You know what... fbomb Off". 10/19/2023...Update: I just read your reply to my review. He in fact did say that, right as I was hanging up. I don't normally post reviews on companies, there is no real benefit, but for him to say that after I explained to him that I understood that he needed to get through his script but I wasn't interested, thank you and good bye was absolutely not necessary. Would you care to share the recording with me so I can tell you what was said after it ended? If I had responded to him with the same type of foul language, I'll bet the recording would have captured that. I think it is best that you deal with him internally. I stand by my review.
