Hello Nunzio, you actually had a phone call with our team and you were not active for 12 full months. We do require you to actually keep up with your leads so you can get a closing. If you do not then there's no way to get a closing. Just a small requirement that results in you getting closings with our referrals. You have emailed and called us before so you know there are other options to contact us and talk more about your account.

Hello Nick, It was clear you did not meet the qualifications for a refund which is why you were first denied. Allowing members to receive a refund without meeting those qualifications undermines the integrity of the program. Additionally, it would be unfair to those who did their part in meeting the qualifications by adhering to their contractual agreement during their 12-month term. However, we are not against considering exceptions for those who did not quite meet the criteria. We did provide this client with three options to continue to work with us and receive leads or terminate their account. We also offered a refund to the agent but continued to make threats to individuals at our company. We asked Nick to try to maintain professional behavior during this time as threats are not necessary when processes are in place. We always love to help our clients and are still willing to work with this agent on continuing or working on the refund process.

Hey Arlene, after looking further into your account you have over 30 leads from us. This is actually lower than normal but as we looked more into your activity log it looks like you didn't keep up with your leads so your marketing was deactivated. We don't follow up with your leads if you aren't going to participate in the program. Hello, thank you for providing feedback, hopefully, the appointments we have booked for you and the people who have answered are ready to start working with you. These potential clients are providing their information for you and we do highly suggest speed to lead, the sooner you can contact them the better. I would suggest attending at least one of our 5 weekly trainings, Q&As, and coaching in the private community to get more information or questions answered.

Hello David, we provided you with 45 leads and even set 5 appointments for you with our ISA team. We do turn off your marketing if you're not following up with current leads we've already provided you and this happened more than once with your account. We are happy to continue working with you to get you to multiple extra closings this year also meaning you get your refund back and way more. You've indicated you want to terminate your account before your 12 months are up which would result in you not getting your deposit back. Happy to continue this conversation and find a solution.

Hey Laura, we appreciate your feedback and would love to improve, what seems to be lacking inside the CRM? We have many tools other platforms don't have. We do provide 8-12 leads per month. What seems to be troubling you here? Would love your feedback!
