The leads were nothing great. I was told the sign up fee of $1,994 would be retuned after the year if no leads panned out. None did, and they never responded to my request for a refund. The whole company is a rip off. And they have false advertising get you to sign up. I’ll be having my lawyer addressing them moving forward.

Dear Kim,
It has come to our attention that you initiated a chargeback dispute on your account and we understand that you wished to reinstate your account. We take matters relating to chargebacks very seriously, as it undermines the integrity of our partnership. The Chargeback Policy is extensively referenced within our terms and conditions.
Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated as it undermines the integrity of the partnership. Our records show this behavior is consistent and is unlikely to be resolved.
We are open to reconsidering your account for reinstatement and you may make a formal request for reconsideration by submitting a letter to our board. In this letter, you must indicate why you would be a good fit for the program and further address what changes you will be making to ensure behavioral issues do not continue.

Terrible company
Terrible
As soon as I paid no help or guidance
Asked for refund but refused
So I proceed to sign up
First lead given to me was an email address of an employee
When I asked why I was given an employee’s contact information, I was told that it was a test run
Yet they counted as one referral
Next one I contacted and she was not interested
After a week I got one lead
But the profile was locked
So in three weeks
That is all I got
Response from HouseJetMar 8, 2024
This agent has received much help and guidance from us but refuses to listen and hangs up. We do test runs on everyone's account for leads and this does not count towards your referrals. Leads lock in your system after not following up with them, we don't want to send more to any of our agents if they are not following up with them. We would love to provide more assistance to this agent and have a full support team with multiple ways to be contacted.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I was with them for a year and they failed to produce any sort of qualified leads.
They do not do what they promise.
They promised a minimum number of workable leads, yet over the course of the year, they only generated 25% of that number and none of those were legitimate buyers or sellers.
You basically get bogus contact info or people without any income or assets wanting to know if they could buy...
To add insult to injury, they do not stand behind their "Money Back Guarantee" and refused to refund my money despite the fact that I followed their instructions.
They will tell you anything you need to hear in order to get you to sign up and take your money.
You're better off buying lottery tickets than you are generating real estate business from their platform.
Response from HouseJetMar 7, 2024
Hello Greg, periods of inactivity and not following up with leads turn off the ability for you to generate new leads which happened more than once for long periods of time. Many of our clients find success when they follow up with their referrals with a quick response time and no month gaps.
We also ask agents to provide their MLS transaction list to receive their money back after 12 months. This was denied by you so we could not verify if you closed on any of the referrals provided.
You have been granted access to continue to work with your current referrals inside of our system with our tools.

Don't bother
Don't bother! All sounds good in the beginning then they hit you with 3600.00 tech fee and set up. All of the items they say you are getting for free if you are affiliated with a good brokerage you should already have, such as good training, a CRM etc...
Response from HouseJetMar 7, 2024
We do our best to provide tools exclude to our platform such as social branding, lead gen, rev-share with downline, Stock Sharing (Coming soon), exclusive CRM Tools, and In-depth training to get to 1 Million in revenue yearly from someone who has already done it. We do request this upfront cost to help offset our initial costs for getting someone set up. We do find that some agents do not use the program so having to front all of our costs and get nothing back isn't in our best interest. We provide a lot of resources for agents.

Do not do business with PayPerClosing/House Jet.
Do not do business with HouseJet/PayPerClosing. They do not even merit one star. They do not provide legitimate leads. They claim that I did not: 1) Provide sufficient notes (update the system per lead) after I attempted to reach the person. The majority of the time, the contact information provided was inaccurate and/or the person said that they did not sign up and/or that they were just browsing, etc. I noted this in my account for each person; 2) Complete their courses. I know that I did complete each course at the beginning of my subscription; 3) Provide a USP (unique selling proposition). To whom am I supposed to provide a USP if the people do not qualify to buy or purchase a home or they are not interested in buying or selling a home? Furthermore, my signed agreement with this company does not state that I must provide a USP (and I have the original agreement in hand) - they added this requirements when I requested a full refund; 4) Remain active. I would check my account on a regular basis and they were not sending me leads. I figured they weren't sending me leads because they didn't have any leads to send me. After some time of not receiving any leads, I notified them by email of this matter and they still didn't send me any leads after that. I requested a refund and after 30 days of waiting for their decision, they denied my refund request. I sent an appeal form and then I spoke with the Director of Agent Referral Program. She reiterated the reasons for the denial of my request for the refund that were sent to me in writing. The appeal process can take up to 30 days. I have no access to the account to provide proof of the actions I took in my account to substantiate my case, therefore, they have full control of the situation. I recommend that you do not do business with PayPerClosing/House Jet.
Update dated March 21, 2024: Regarding your response dated March 19, 2024, you are not providing all the details of what actually took place. You say that I was inactive, however, that is not the case. I logged in regularly. You didn't provide qualified leads. In the system, I documented that the leads were not qualified. Once they're not qualified, there is no need to continue the dialogue with that person(s). Many individuals who you claimed as leads informed me that they were not interested and/or that they didn't request to be contacted or that they didn't fill out any form. Again, these are just more real life experiences that I had with the majority of the "leads" that you provided, that really are not qualified leads at all. As I recall, there was only one person with whom I did have somewhat of a chance of helping, advising, and nurturing the relationship, however, she was far from being able to purchase a home. I even spoke with her son. I still maintain communication with them but they are not yet qualified to buy a home. I logged this information in this site.
In addition to what I just shared, HouseJet refused to give me access to my account after I filed a dispute with them. With good reason, I had to gain access to my log in order to justify my complaint and, hence, my request for a refund. They would not grant me access.
Remark to HouseJet in response to your response: Make sure to inform the public the complete scenario and the issue at hand, not just what you find favorable for your side. I'm available to discuss this further and resolve this matter toward a mutually beneficial end. Thank you.
Response from HouseJetMar 19, 2024
This agent was inactive for 7 months out of his year-long commitment with us and only completed 1 of 7 courses. Leads stop getting sent after an agent does not follow up with 2 of their most recent leads at all and can be turned back on as soon as they update the leads in the pipeline. We do have some requirements to have the money-back guarantee if agents follow some simple rules we have agreed upon when joining the platform.

Not a scam but VERY much not worth it
Not a scam but VERY much not worth it. I resisted the $2500 initial fee and magically they went down to $1000, which I paid. They offer to give back this fee at the first closing. So far I've gotten almost 50 leads and have not been able to talk to anyone. I've gotten results from texting the leads though: Every single person said they wanted to be removed. When I ask them why they clicked on the ad AND put in their contact info they all say, "I just wanted to see the house". The house being the image House Jet (Pay Per Closing) uses in the ad, which is a stock image and not a real house for sale. These leads are junk very very bottom of the barrel leads that have no interest in buying or selling. An unfortunate waste of my time and the $1000 I spent to find this out.

Hello Kurt, as advised by us to use your own photos and listings in your marketing we do have to select photos for you if none are provided. We look at active homes in your area and use our large selection to match your area.
The point of a lead is to start talking to them about the home-buying process which seems like it's happening. The best way to keep them a hot lead is by offering other houses or something similar. You have hot leads looking for homes actively. We suggest referring back to the training and taking notes to help reframe your perspective.
These leads have just filled out their information moments before you receive it looking for homes in your area.

Will not stop with the telemarketing calls!
They have called so many times from different phone numbers over the last few weeks and they will not remove you from their call list. They will just have another phone number call and act like you never told them to stop calling. Any legit business would not operate like this. (and yes, I have blocked and reported numerous different numbers)
Update: Received another call on 3/6/2024 from E Wickham 404.634.0220 so clearly they do not remove your phone number.
Housejet. You may need to call that number then because he said he worked for you. I asked him 3 times to confirm your company name. If it's not your company then there is someone scamming people using your name
Response from HouseJetFeb 1, 2024
Hey Jennifer! We absolutely do honor anyone who would like to be removed from our calling list. You'll just have to let us know somehow which never happened. We do have an individual phone number for each person in the office so this is why you're receiving calls from different numbers. Thanks for letting us know and we have removed you from our system!
Update: we have no affiliation with this number provided nor do we have someone in our company named E Wickman. Jennifer was removed on Feb 1st from our system.
