HouseJetReviews of housejet.com

House Jet is a scam. They promise you these leads and they're trash leads. Most of the people I called were pissed that I called them. They said House Jet makes them put in their contact information to look at homes. Their refund policy if you don't get a closing is a joke. They have so many loop holes to make sure they don't have to refund your money. I would highly say to anyone considering this scam company, DON'T DO IT.

The ads promise one thing but my experience so far is vastly different from what they promise. They promise HOT leads in their ad. I've gotten 2 since signing up in the last 10 days and they have been browsers. They are not HOT leads. They don't have actual HOT leads, they're basically posting ads for themselves with your money and hoping someone clicks through and works out. In the same amount of time I've gotten 2 leads from HouseJet, a single ad on FB that I've posted has yielded 19 leads of similar or better quality. I'm working two right now that will likely close in the next month or two. Their ads make it sound like you don't pay unless you close a deal, this is why they call themselves Pay-Per-Close. In reality they take at least $2000 up front and I'm still not sure what exactly I paid for. I told their support team that all I'm getting is crickets and they said they're still refining the ads. But 2 leads don't seem to be even close to an effective FB ad campaign for 10 days worth of ads. If this turns around, I will be happy to revise this review. Otherwise this has been nothing but a huge waste of money.

This company does not keep its promises of what is offered to the agent after the money is paid in. They promise a certain number of leads per month, which does not happen. They do not honor their agreement to refund the payment after 12 months of not closing a lead. Worst referral company ever dealt with. Misleading product/ service guarantee.

So shady! Called me pretending to be with BoomTown, talking about the recent outage. Trying to sell me their services and when I asked the name of the company she was with, there was a long pause and then she said, "House Jet". I would never do business with a company who tried to get business this way. If your business is good enough, you don't need to pretend to be someone else while capitalizing on their misfortune.

They are awful! They cross market agents on your website and the ISAs don't call like they should. There is nothing valuable about this service! Can not wait till my contract expires next week!

I contracted with them at the start of 2023 and the first couple months were decent in lead flow and communication. The leads were sub par Facebook clicks, no real qualifiers and only 10% ever could be reached. After the first couple months, they pretty much abandoned support and leads stopped for weeks or months even though I tried to reach support. This is a bait and switch company for sure... great honeymoon and then they abandon you... stay clear. Also their money back guarantee is a joke. They have you provide your production reports and answer question, then just decide to lie about your results.

This company is fraudulent. When I signed up one year ago I was told that if I did not get any closings in my first year that I would get a full refund no questions asked. I received 19 in active leads my first year and no sustainable leads from them. They have since changed their terms and conditions since I signed up and are telling me that I get no refund because you sign the new terms and conditions each time you log in. Edit: to provide more details to why I am so enraged with this company. The posting of my private data is very unprofessional. They fail to mention that when I signed up I was told I would receive a full refund if I do not close a lead in 12 months. They do not mention the countless hours I worked in the first 3-6 months on their horrible leads. They do not fail to mention that I did not sign the addendum because they did not provide the same information as they did in my phone call when I signed up. They fail to mention the many phone calls I had with them afterwards. They fail to mention the premise of my review is in fact fraud because they told me I would get a refund and refuse to give it to me.

I was contacted by Housejet and asked to be removed from their list. He just hung up. Train your salespeople. Had he continued the conversation and wished me well, there could have been future potential although the reviews that are 5 star seem to be just starting agents. The lower reviews are agents that started and did not have a positive experience.
